NO STAIRS....rare. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washer & dryer, pools & brand new pickle ball courts. Take a hike in the Ouachita National Forest during your stay. Fall in love with Mount Ida and enjoy the magic it has to offer. We have Crystal digging in the crystal capital of the WORLD. All water sports. Best boats to rent on the entire lake. Call Mt Harbor Marina. Sami will fill you in on any activities you are curious about in our area. She will gladly help you plan your time in the magical land.

The condo was exactly as described yet better in person. Perfect for us and our dogs. Quite, beautiful scenery and super easy lake access.

Great spot to unwind and get away. Cute well stocked condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The balcony is great and situated where you don't see anything but the forest.

It was a perfect place to land at the end of the day.

Plenty of room for our family of 3 and definitely could have accommodated more. My 4 month old and I laid out on the back patio with a blanket and watched the squirrels. Plenty of utensils and dishes to cook if needed. Felt very safe and secluded while being near everything in the resort. Will definitely come back

As advertised, but somehow so much better. Everything from arrival to departure is so serene in this small condo overlooking the forest that bleeds into the lake. If visiting area, will definitely stay again.

Nice condo in Mountain Harbor in a location with great views. Comfy beds and decently stocked kitchen. Owner was great to deal with. Parking can be somewhat limited but overflow isn’t too far away. Overall a great place!

Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Overall place was nice. But pool was already closed for the year, which we were not aware of.

Very clean, stylish and comfy condo. 1 mile from the marina, still close enough to enjoy Hot Springs. This particular unit is top floor, (even path from parking, no stairs). And it’s an end unit with nothing but forest as a view. Very well stocked and tatifully decorated. Had an issue with the AC the first night…but was fine going forward. Would love to come back in the snow and enjoy the fireplace! Overall…very nice place!

Overall we had a good experience. The parking was a real problem our entire stay. We never were able to park in the designated parking spot for our condo. Also, be aware there is only 1 parking space allotted for the condo. We had to find our own parking & walk to the condo. The internet was in & out as well.
