-Walking distance to Hermosa Pier, restaurants and shops, grocery store, bank, salons, dry cleaning and public transportation
-Outdoor lounging area with flower garden, some beach toys
-Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube TV, HBO, Sports
-Dedicated work desk and high speed internet
Original/Renovated 1920's Beach House with garden and yard!
-Newly renovated features new countertops, cabinetry, bathroom, floors, and HVAC
-The walk street has a basketball hoop, and with our outdoor space, it's great for kids
-Enjoy a glass of wine in the flower garden out back, or enjoy the sunset from the front yard
-Shared Laundry room is located on the left side of the house in the back by the alley
-Most Everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen
-Plenty of natural light in every room, but blinds for sleeping in
-2 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 bedroom (twin) down spiral staircase
Guests have access to the entire house, yard, laundry room and any amenities or appliances included. You can access the property from the walk street or from the alley on either side of the property.

We’re about 2 blocks from the beach and less than a half a mile from the pier. It's a quiet, upscale beach neighborhood with lots of families and retired people. There are many multi-million dollar homes. The area is known to be home of many LA Kings players. Walking distance to tons of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. North End Bar & Grill is a local favorite with incredible prices and food. Hermosa beach is known for Volleyball and the tournaments. Hangout at the famous Hermosa beach pier with great night life. Lot’s of good music.
Walk Score rates the neighborhood "Very Walkable and Very Bikeable", and if you wanted you wouldn't need to drive anywhere.
-Several Beach Rental shops are less than a mile away for bikes and boards you can rent (Jeffers, Next Adventure)
-The downstairs bedroom has it's own entrance from the outside but must walk up spiral staircase and through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. The spiral staircase is pretty small and compact, but cute and safe. However, please exercise caution.
-The property is technically a triplex because there is a 2 bedroom house on the front street entrance and a studio apartment on the bottom floor. They each have their own areas and separate entrances. Some of the outdoor flower garden is shared and the laundry room is shared.
No parties or Events. No smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. (Really quiet neighborhood)

If you break it, fix it.
If you use it, take care of it.
If you make a mess, clean it up.
If you move it, put it back.
If your dog poops, clean it up. Please don't let your dog go poo or pee on the fake grass.
