Enter a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless high-end appliances, soapstone countertops and center island with counter seating. The kitchen is nicely equipped for the cook in the family and has a small dining table and a large flat screen TV. Half bath off the kitchen.
The spacious main living area has a living room with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The living room opens to the dining area with large table--plenty of room for everyone. French doors lead from the dining area to the lovely fenced-in backyard with deck, gas grill and hot tub.
There is one bedroom on the first floor. A private suite with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with custom tile shower.
Stairs for the dining area lead to the second floor. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with two twin beds and the other, the primary bedroom, with a king bed. The primary bedroom has a large flat screen TV, a sitting area and a lovely ensuite bathroom with separate soaking tub and custom tile shower. This bedroom also has a wonderful balcony with an Adirondack chair and rocker with gorgeous Town Cove views. Cozy up with a cup of tea and a bestseller.
The second floor also has another bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room.
A staircase from the kitchen leads to the bonus family room over the garage. This room has a large flat screen TV and pullout sleeper sofa for additional sleep space.
Central A/C on the first floor, ductless split units in the second floor bedroom, primary bedroom and family room. Wood floors throughout, tile in the bathrooms, carpet in the primary bedroom and family room.
The home's lovely interior spaces are only matched by its exterior spaces. The fenced-in backyard has a hot tub and a gas grill--a great place for a cookout and some family fun. The covered porch at the front of the house is a wonderful spot for morning coffee and catching up with the day's news, a good book in the afternoon and cocktails and conversation in the evening.

This private association provides access to a deep water dock, a small beach and a boat launch with direct access to Town Cove--less than 500 ft from the house. Bring your boat to launch at the cove and park at a designated spot at the house.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
