GETTING AROUND
• There are two parking spots in the driveway. If there are more than two cars, it's possible to park at the clubhouse, just 8 minutes of walking distance. Please do not park in the street, otherwise, your vehicle will be towed.
• For access through the main gate, guests are required to stop at the gate guard on arrival at the resort. The proof of reservation provided by the booking platform, containing the address of the property and the reserved period, will be requested. You will also need to present your identity document.
• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard

Check-in starts at 04:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm

Parties and events are not allowed. “Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM”. We hope to have your cooperation, otherwise, if party evidence is found a $250 fine will be applied.
AC EQUIPMENT / THERMOSTAT 🥶🌡️
The air conditioner should not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and become inoperable. In addition, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Not following these instructions the AC system can be damaged and it may result in a $250 fine.
GARBAGE COLLECTION 🗑️♻️
The doorstep trash service is provided throughout the community, the trash bags should be bagged and placed in the correct bin before 10 am. Any loose garbage that is out of the bag will not be collected. The external can be a bin that is in a bench shape and is located right in front of the house or a regular bin in front or next to the property. Please let me know if you have difficulties finding the bin. We hope you understand and cooperate with that. Garbage found out of bags will result in a $100 fine and excess garbage will result in a $150 fine.
PET-FRIENDLY 🐶🐱
Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. If the animal's evidence is found it will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes.
POOL 🏊♀️🌤️
The guests agree not to tamper with pool heating controls or manipulate the heater. In addition, do not throw food, drinks, soaps, balloons with LEDs, or any elements that could damage the pool into the pool. If you break this rule, we will investigate the situation with the pool technician and you will be subject to a $150 fine.
SMOKING 🚭
No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, however, it is important to keep the place clean afterward. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $250 fine.
CHECK-OUT ⏰🕙
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. An additional 15 minutes may be granted as a grace period upon prior request. The cut-off time is 10:15 AM, The noncompliance of this rule may result in a $200 fine.
CLEANING 🧹🧽
Please rest assured, you do not need to be concerned about the cleaning, we just kindly ask you to please put the dishes in the dishwasher, and take the bagged trash before your departure. Please note that stains or dirt found on the carpet will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes. Items or furniture damaged will result in a charge to replace it at its estimated value or repair the item, this value is calculated by a third party.

You can park in the driveway. Park as many vehicles in your driveway as allowed by the driveway space. There's additional parking at the clubhouse. Parking is free. Please do not park in the street, your car will be towed.
• No boat, camper, trailer, mobile home, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type will be permitted to be parked or stored within the property. The non-observance of these rules will result in the towing of your vehicle.
• No repair of vehicles or equipment will be performed outside the garage on any Lot or Unit except in an emergency. All emergency repairs must be completed within twenty-four hours from the time the vehicle or equipment must be removed from the Property or placed in a garage.
LAST-MINUTE EXTENSION⏰
There is a fee of $50 + taxes for last-minute extensions due to cleaning staff locomotion
