The space
This stunning apartment in lovely parkland is a true gem. Set amongst the treetops, it is a peaceful retreat, yet just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops and the train station - for trips to central London in around 30 minutes.

As you enter the property you immediately notice how light and bright it is, with large windows overlooking the trees.

There is a spacious hallway, with all rooms leading off here.

-Open plan Living/Dining Room-
With double aspect picture windows and a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, this is the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. You could also curl up with a book or watch the Smart TV

-Dining Area-
With a dining table and seating four, there is plenty of room for you to enjoy your culinary creations.

-Bedroom-
The serene and cosy bedroom is a haven. Enjoy the peace and quiet, and the stylish interiors. With a very comfortable king size bed and built in wardrobes, this bedroom has a luxurious vibe.

-Kitchen-
The fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you need to rustle up a snack or a full meal. With interesting design touches, this is a sociable space with plenty of room for culinary creativity.

-Bathroom-
The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. It comes with a heated towel rail, complementary toiletries and lots of white, fluffy towels

With a free, gated underground car park, this property makes travelling by car very convenient.

DURING YOUR STAY

Parking
There is a secure, gated underground car park for one car only. You must use the allocated parking space.

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.

Quiet times are 11pm-7am. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minim um during those times.

Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the apartment

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
