Time wasters! Contacted me on the morning of the reservation asking me to cancel as they claim that there was damage in the property which they won't be able to fix before my arrival. Cancelled as requested and they responded back confirming that the reservation has been cancelled. However, they then sent me an email asking for payment!, and the totally inept staff handling the messaging from their side kept reading my messages and didn't respond when i queried the request for payment.

Absolutely nothing at all

Do not book this property!! The property hadn’t been cleaned!! Bed had been slept in, faeces marks still down the toilet, pots in the sink. Still not been able to make contact with them, even booking.com cannot make contact. They obviously just want your money then don’t ever hear from them. This is the worst place I have stayed!!
