Welcome to your perfect getaway in the mountains! This beautifully designed, brand-new 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families and large groups. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and an in-unit elevator, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy their stay. Air conditioning is also available for a comfortable stay during the summer!
As you enter the unit, you’ll find a mudroom that provides easy access from your private 2-car garage. This space is perfect for storing your gear and includes a door leading directly to your own private hot tub—ideal for relaxing under the stars after a day of skiing or hiking. The mudroom also features a wine fridge for your convenience, ensuring your favorite beverages are always within reach. On the first floor, you will also find one of the bedrooms featuring a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and outdoor access to easily access the hot tub directly from the room. Next to the queen bedroom is the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second floor includes three bedrooms. The first primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and gorgeous views. Down the hall is the additional primary bedroom, which features a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a combination shower and tub, and balcony access. Neighboring this room is the guest bedroom, which features two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private balcony. The washer and dryer are both located in the second-floor hallway, making it easy to stay fresh during your vacation.
Making your way up to the third floor, you will be greeted by an open-concept living area featuring a flat-screen TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and mini bar with wine fridge. Access to the balcony and rooftop is available through the living area, both featuring outdoor seating and fire pits.
The adjacent full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining area offers seating for up to ten, as well as balcony access. A half bathroom is just off the side of the dining area, next to the elevator.
Please note this property has a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights. If you book less than 2 nights, you will be contacted to either extend your stay or cancel your reservation.
