A unique place combining a historic building with modern design. A villa with top-class apartments, a hint of the classics of those years. One of the greatest advantages of this place is the extraordinary proximity of nature - the sea and the forest. The level of finish, attention to detail, beautiful green areas around, are the characteristics of Willa Szwarc, which are impossible to pass by indifferently. The facility is intimate, and life there flows much slower.

The Space:
The first element that impresses upon entering the apartment is the beautiful wallpaper that gives the impression of plants climbing the wall. It is unusually combined with a large terrace overlooking the garden. The spacious bedroom is in subdued and balanced colors, it also has a place to work with a computer. On the bed, great relaxation will be ensured by a high-quality mattress. In the living room with kitchenette there is a sofa bed with sleeping function for two people. The kitchen is bright, well-thought-out and practical, and coffee from the espresso machine with freshly ground coffee on the terrace will taste best even in bad weather, because there is an awning. The extraordinary time is complemented by air-conditioned rooms. The bathroom with a shower combines the colors of brown and white. The apartment is designed for four people.

Guest Access:
The reception where you can collect the keys is located in the building, on level 0. Please inform us about the estimated time of arrival. In each apartment there are towels and sheets for each guest. If you additionally need a baby cot, a bathtub or a high chair, please inform us before your arrival. The cost of providing a cot with a set of bedding is PLN 70, and a high chair PLN 30. On-site parking is available for guests, subject to availability. There are public parking spaces in front of the building and a guarded car park at ul. Oskar Kolberg, 20 minutes' walk from the villa. We offer green common areas and a beautiful garden, we offer the possibility of renting bicycles (more information at the reception).

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful facility is a restored historic villa, preserving the taste and class of bygone years. The apartment is 500m from the sea, which takes 10 minutes to walk. In the close vicinity there is a friendly restaurant that offers you breakfast. The Piaskownica Sopot restaurant, located 15 minutes on foot from the apartment, offers a unique seaside atmosphere and delicious home cooking. The restaurant itself, in addition to the taste, pleases the eye with a beautiful view and the sound of the Baltic waves. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find the Cappuccino Cafe and the Sopocki mill restaurant. The distance to both places is only 350 m from the apartment. In your free time, we recommend visiting the Aquapark in Sopot where you will experience unforgettable water adventures thanks to the large number of slides, and for those looking for more peace and relaxation, the facility offers a spa area offering massages and sauna ceremonies. A must during your stay in Sopot is to visit its iconic place, which is Monte Cassino. This is the most representative street in Sopot with plenty of clubs, restaurants and cafes. The street is accessible only to pedestrian traffic, and at its end there is one of the most beautiful piers in the Tri-City. It is the longest pier on the Baltic Sea, which is about 0.5 km long. A little further, but also worth visiting, is Gdynia, where Klif Orłowskie are located. Steep sea shore with a view of the Gulf of Gdańsk, crossed by forest paths. The cliffs can also be admired from the Orłowski pier located right next to the beach.

Getting Around:
Sopot is famous for its picturesque bicycle routes. The most popular is the Reja Loop with a length of 5.1 km. The route is very easy, so you can cover it with the whole family. For those who like more challenges, we recommend Pętle Czyżewskiego. The route is quite difficult, because the difference in height is 76m, and the surface of the route is gravel. In our facility, we offer bicycle rental for our guests. For further trips, we recommend using the Fast Urban Railway (SKM) and traveling between Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. The nearest SKM stop is called Sopot Kamienny Potok and is 400m away from the facility and it takes 5 minutes to get there. In addition to the train, we also offer a bus. The nearest stop is 400 meters away and is called Sopot Młyńska. For people who like to travel by individual transport, one of the larger taxi corporations is called Neptun Taxi, where you can arrange transport and airport transfers on your own. Other Things to Note:
We add a service charge of 280 PLN and city tax to each apartment, which in Sopot is PLN 5.20 per person for each started day. Upon prior arrangement, it is possible to come with a pet. The pet fee is PLN 100 per day.
