This versatile home suits groups of friends, or up to 2 families comfortably. Includes ozone pool, multiple lounge rooms, a large rumpus room plus beautiful outdoor spaces designed for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with luxury Miele appliances. The Kingsley is a 5-10min walk to Main Beach or town centre and 50m from the famous Top Shop cafe. The property can not take under 30's as groups and families are preferred. We do not take groups of 10 BED CONFIGURATION - Upstairs Bedroom 1 - King size bed and ensuite - Upstairs Bedroom 2 - 2 singles (or can be configured as a King size bed) and ensuite - Upstairs Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed and ensuite - Downstairs Studio bedroom - King size bed and ensuite (can be split into two singles) - Downstairs Bedroom 2 - King size bed and ensuite FEATURES - Excellent location in Byron Bay’s ‘golden grid’ - Sleeps 10 adults maximum - Private ozone pool - Huge deck surrounding pool with roofed decking with built in daybeds overlooking pool - Many hot and cold outdoor showers - Undercover outdoor area surrounded by tropical garden - Rumpus room, Table tennis and board game - House and garden has many quiet separated areas to relax. - Fully equipped and well-appointed gourmet kitchen, with Miele cooktops, two Miele ovens and two Miele dishwashers. - Kitchen includes Nespresso coffee machine, blender, sandwich press, chef quality Global knives and ample platters, crockery and glasses. - Fully equipped laundry with two Miele washing machines and two Miele dryers - Luxury amenities provided such as Hunter Lab in the bathrooms - Coffee pods to get you started - Open plan living with three living zones. - Sonos wireless music system - Reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout living areas and bedrooms - Two four burner hooded BBQs - Fans and/or airconditioner in all bedrooms - Parking: 2 + off street - High speed Wi-Fi internet - Netflix he property is perfect for family holidays, two families, wedding guest accommodation and well behaved groups If there is a group booking of 8 adults and more, please be sure to provide some background on your group when submitting your booking enquiry, if information is missing, we will ask for more prior to confirmation. Group restrictions - All adult guests must be over the age of 30. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents. It's a short walk to the main beach and town centre. The famous Top Shop cafe is only 50 meters away.
