This 7-bedroom, oceanside home in the heart of Nags Head is the perfect escape from the everyday, offering all of the amenities needed for a memorable Outer Banks vacation.
Located on a cul-de-sac in the Coastal Cove neighborhood, OBX Coastal Distancing is in a prime location for easy access to the beach as well as area shopping, restaurants and sites to see while in town. Inside the home, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious decks, and Wi-Fi access to help in keeping everyone connected. The lower level game room is the perfect spot for late-night friendly foosball competitions or movie marathons, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and even a microwave to keep movie snacks and drinks all within reach. When it's time for bed, there are 7 bedrooms to choose from, each with its own private bathroom, for privacy and convenience. If you're looking to stay close to home for the day, you can spend the day lounging in the private pool, equipped with a tiki bar and space for everyone to spread out and relax.
Beach Access: Within walking distance to two public beach accesses! Head north to the Town Hall beach access where there is a paved parking lot located across the street along with a wooden walkway, and lifeguard stand (in-season only). Another option is to head south to the Epstein Street beach access, where there is a paved parking lot, bath house, outdoor shower and lifeguard stand (in-season only).

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

We stayed over a weekend for a company retreat with spouses. Wonderfully stocked kitchen and enough space at the dining table for 10 adults to enjoy meals, conduct work meetings and play board games. There were more than enough bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for 5 couples to stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable property.

The house was beautiful and so spacious. We had 11 people and it didn't feel crowded at all. Each bedroom (except 1) had their own bathroom and there were 2 extra in the house as well. The hosts were great. We messaged them once or twice about minor things we noticed ( more for their info than we wanted or needed it taken care of) but there was a person there that day or the next to fix/resolve the issue. We loved our stay and want to come back next summer!

A very nice place for Family to get together To be with A Love One that's Sick. He loves the water and the place, was Wonderful. He's still talking about it. The Rest of us enjoyed it also. Thank-You very Much.
