New converted ground floor studio apartment in the popular seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea. Modern, chic, and comfortable accommodation, across the road to Princes Theatre and just minutes away from anything you could want, from Clacton railway station, beach, and high street, with fabulous bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The property has a double bed and also a sofa bed which is coverts to a another double along with a dining table and new kitchen and bathroom.

Being the largest seaside town on the Essex sunshine coast, Clacton-on-Sea has a vibrant mix of coast, country, and urban life. Clacton has so much to offer with everything you expect from a coastal town. With the Princes Theatre across the road, the beach, cafés, promenade, pier, and all amenities within walking distance.
