A dining table seats 6 people while the lounge area has a comfy 2-3 seater sofa, an occasional chair with footstool, a large screen smart TV with surround-sound speakers, wall-mounted reverse cycle aircon and a rug for winter comfort. A study nook comes complete with a desk and office chair. Glass sliding doors take you out to a spacious, wraparound balcony, providing an alfresco dining table for 6-8 people, a gas barbecue and potted plants, all set against expansive views of Melbourne reaching as far as the CBD (Downtown).

The Neighborhood:
Situated 11 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD (Downtown), Brighton is an upmarket bayside suburb known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed vibe. The apartment itself is in a great location, strolling distance to a wonderful choice of eateries, supermarkets and shops. You can even walk to Brighton Beach in about 20 minutes, where you’ll see its famous colourful Bathing Boxes.

Getting Around:
While there’s no parking associated with the apartment, free untimed street parking is available opposite the building. There are also highly convenient public transport options nearby, with buses servicing the area and North Brighton train station just 10 minutes’ walk away.

Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
