We could not recommend this beautiful cottage enough. The absolute perfect location walking distance to everything in Avalon and a 2min drive to whale or palm beach. Dee was an amazing host everything in the house is super clean & low maintenance. We will definitely be back this year!

We very much enjoyed our time at Avalon Beach Cottage. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed with lots of thoughtful touches to make for a relaxing break. Great location, easy walk to the beach and Avalon shops. Dee and Colin are wonderful hosts - very thoughtful and considerate. Spoilt us with a bottle of champagne in the fridge on arrival as well as some milk for a cuppa. Highly recommended.

The experience at Avalon beach was fantastic. The property's ideal location allowed for easy access to the stunning beach, vibrant surf scene, a nearby dog park, and the trendy Avalon village with its variety of restaurants and cafes. The beach property itself is beautifully decorated, well-equipped for families (including furry friends), and the host, Dee, was wonderful in providing local insights and meeting additional needs. A solid five out of five for a memorable stay.

Dee makes you feel at home straight away! No sooner had we walked into a pristine white cottage, than Dee was pointing out the champagne in the fridge. Perfect after our short drive from Sydney. The property is so well located to the beach, Avalon and all that it has to offer. Such a great spot for a few days, we will definitely be back!

We rented The Cottage to stay at while we got married in Whale beach. Dee was kind enough to allow our family to get ready with us on the day and her house made the perfect back drop for our photo's. The Cottage was absolutely immaculate. Every little thing was thought out. From the shells on the towels, the choccys on the counter to the Champagne chilling in the fridge. Every little thing was just perfect! Even our children were thrilled to find the paw patrol toys and not stopped played with the ring toss out the front. Such an awesome stay. Can't wait to return for our anniversaries in the future!
