This property is a recently renovated house in a quiet, residential area a short walk from East Sands Beach and the town centre. Close by are golf courses and supermarkets (M&S, Morrisons, Aldi). The property has a front and rear garden. The garden to the rear is an enclosed private garden which isn't overlooked, with a large brick BBQ. From the rear garden there is a gate which opens onto a lovely park with a community orchard. There is off-street parking in the driveway. The property has Wifi.

There are contemporary furnishings throughout the property.
The accommodation comprises a large living / dining room, with three 3 seat sofas and a 50" smart TV. The dining table can seat 8 people.

In the kitchen there is a large range cooker, an American style fridge / freezer, a Nespresso machine, a microwave, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The 4 double bedrooms provide flexible sleeping accommodation:
