Our guests have full access to all parts of the house, including the private garden, providing a more comfortable and private stay. Whether you’re here for leisure or business, our home offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay in London.
We are available 24/7 to assist with any questions or requests, ensuring a seamless experience.

Flat Rules
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us at least a day or two before your arrival to confirm availability.
Late Check-Out Without Notice Policy:
If guests check out late without prior notification, a fee of £50 per hour will apply.
Lost Key Policy:
In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £500 will be charged to cover replacement and re-keying costs.
Serenity and Quietness:
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask for quietness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities.
Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty:
A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the house.
