The back deck is just as inviting. Teeming with green lawns and gorgeous views, it comes with a charming dining spot for al-fresco meals. A stony fireplace makes for a relaxing siesta, while the BBQ is recommended for wintery evenings.

The living room is bright and airy, tastefully blending elegant, contemporary interiors with earthy wooden fixtures. A large seating area surrounds the smart TV and indoor fireplace. Large sliders and floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the green outdoors. There’s a cozy workspace for those working from home.

Whip up your favorite recipes in the open-plan kitchen. Lively and roomy, it overlooks both outdoor areas. Kitted with glossy countertops and modern cabinetry, it includes stainless-steel appliances such as a blender, stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator.

The home sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms — all artfully designed, boasting scenic views.

Bedroom #1 opens onto the outdoor deck, featuring a Cali king-size bed. It has a stylish en-suite bathroom with a tub, a TV and glass windows offering idyllic vistas.
Bedroom #2 has soothing, white-washed interiors with a queen-size bed.
Bedroom #3 also has dewy, white interiors along with a double-size bed.
Bedroom #4 is fitted with a double-size bed, a study table, courtyard access, and en-suite. The en-suite features a stand-up shower.

-This is a long term rental, not intended for permanent residency.
-There are 2 additional bathrooms.
-A washer/dryer is provided.
-Parking is available.
-Kids must be monitored at all times.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.


This home is also part of the prestigious highlands and comes with a key to the private beach at the bottom of Morning Canyon. Located in Corona Del Mar in Newport Beach Market, the home is close to an array of beaches, vintage shops and cliffside views.

Crystal Cove State Park is a quick 5 minutes away. There you can enjoy hiking, camping, beaches, and tidepool explorations. you can Sherman Library and Gardens are botanical gardens, boasting a host of desert plants, orchids and colorful flora. Roger’s Gardens bustles with nurseries, pop-up events and dining options.

Indulge in a variety of eateries on Coast Highway or have tons of splashy fun at Corona Del Mar State Beach Park — there’s something for everyone.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
