Beautiful view, very central, big apartment.

a key per person would be very useful.

Excellent location with the harbour in view and a short walk into town with its many bars and restaurants etc. (great atmosphere in the town). Spacious apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms, one with an en suite. Nice little balcony off of the lounge with a table & 2 chairs + a small seat with a view of the harbour, good sized kitchen, reasonably well equipped (but why no kettle?). Our host was ready to meet us on arrival and explained everything well considering the language barrier.

Generally a very dated feeling throughout, would really benefit from a freshen up. Plenty of stairs to access - not a problem for us but could be for some, difficult to find initially (the address did not show up on either of our satnavs - the best map for the location that we found was on booking.com, but identifying the actual block and apartment once there was not straightforward - fortunately our host lives in an adjacent house and saw us searching), parking is limited in the location even for our 2 motorcycles, the view of the internal courtyard from the kitchen window is not pleasant, the en suite shower cubicle is incredibly tight even for a small person, would be better without nauseating air fresheners - of the 9 places we stayed on our trip this one ranked in the bottom 2, and yet it was the most expensive.
