Upon entering the 5-star Casa De Playa, you are greeted by a spacious, dining area, the exquisite kitchen, living and views of outdoor pool. With new luxury updates, the home will provide a truly pleasurable stay. The living room area is equipped with a modern full-size sectional and ottoman, bar stools, a Smart TV. Total Beach vibes throughout this beauty. Situated immediately off the living area is the kitchen with bar seating for six (6). The formal dining table seats ten (10), The spacious, not to mention open, Quartz kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and updated cabinets and offers everything you would require while on vacation. Simply bring your food, condiments, and beverages! Positioned off the dining room, you enter the stunning primary bedroom facing south, showcasing vaulted ceilings, a King Bed, two single day beds, Smart TV and a few night tables. Additionally, the primary bedroom en suite bathroom has been fully updated and boasts a modern floating vanity and standing shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the east side of the home. Bedroom 2 features, a king bed, smart TV, two nightstands with 2 drawers. Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds, a night table in between, closet with chest and a Smart TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 have an ensuite bathroom in between them with standing shower (sort of a jack and Jill bath). Bedroom 4 features a king bed, 2 night tables, smart tv and a tall chest.
