Curl up on plush leather sofa seating in the living room to stream all your favorite shows and movies on the mounted smart TV, enabled by super-fast Spectrum internet and offering with all your favorite apps of Netflix, Disney+, Max, and Prime available for login. Surf the channels on the Spectrum Live TV service, Chromecast from your personal device, or pop in a DVD for a movie night to remember. Everyone will want a turn in the massage recliner chair, soothing your tired muscles after long days exploring.
This home is in an unbeatable location just off Highway 89, with close proximity to local shops and restaurants, miles of both paved and dirt trails for hiking and biking of all levels nearby. Head out to Truckee River and the popular beaches on Lake Tahoe’s crystal blue water or find a private cove with unforgettable swimming. From boating and water sports to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities on the water! Bedroom #2 includes 2 Duxiana twin size beds and patio access.
Bedroom #3 includes a luxurious Tempur-Pedic king size bed and balcony.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Barbeque grill not available in the winter months.
• This home is equipped with 3 floodlight/security camera combo at the front porch, back porch and on the side of the house, all external facing. Also a smart doorbell/camera combo at the main entrance.
