In addition to the three spacious king-sized beds, we also offer an air mattress and a pullout couch to accommodate extra guests. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone will have a comfortable spot to rest after a day of adventures. Our goal is to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and convenient as possible, and these extra sleeping options add flexibility to your accommodation needs.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upper unit of the duplex, providing you with ample space to relax and unwind. You'll also enjoy the freedom of the fully fenced in backyard.

Please park on the street in front of the house, as the lower unit has the driveway reserved.
