* The minimum age for check-in is at least 25 years old.
* Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $25 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog
* Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbours
* Please note that there are two security cameras installed on the property. These cameras are solely for monitoring the cleaning team and are located at the dock area and at the entrance.
* 2 cars max in driveway and street parking available for excess cars
* The pool is not heated, however it is naturally warm enough to swim in generally between June to September

We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG. This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
