It has a private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 763 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Master bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), TV and desk area with RJ45 ethernet socket and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be brought together to make a 180x200 bed, with en-suite shower room and WC

First floor:
- 39 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with food processors (multi-function food processor, electric lemon squeezer and mixer), Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, etc.
- An outdoor dining area on a high terrace, with an outdoor lounge and two hammocks.
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be pushed together to make a 180x200 bed and a study area with RJ45 ethernet connection
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Pointe du Bout is a lively tourist area, offering a marina, a Creole village with many shops (including a pharmacy) and restaurants. You'll also find a wide range of services: car and boat hire, catamaran trips, diving clubs, windsurfing and kite-surfing, and jet skis. Anse MITAN beach is 900m from the house.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. There is space for 3 to 4 vehicles.
