The space
Our EsCape on the Cape home is the perfect getaway for families & couples. Avoid Cape traffic—our home is right over the bridge and then WALK to Town Neck beach, Treehouse Brewery, the famous Sandwich Boardwalk, and many restaurants! Hear the buoy bells and feel the ocean breezes from the roof deck. Freshly brewed craft beers and thin crust pizza at Treehouse Brewery are only a short walk away—a perfect spot for an afternoon with the kids. Bike along the Cape Cod Canal all the way to Buzzard’s Bay. Watch legendary sunsets over the Canal while enjoying a seafood dinner and live music. Enjoy historic colonial Sandwich village with quaint gift shops and fine dining. Our perfect day: spend the morning at the beach, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower, have a day drink and pizza at Treehouse, a quick nap in an Adirondack chair on the roof deck, and then grill some fresh local seafood on the deck.

Living spaces: Multiple flexible spaces for adults & kids—Living room with large sectional couch and 65 inch OLED 4K smart TV, Den adjacent to dining space with non-working fireplace and extra seating with a 43 inch QLED 4K Frame smart TV. Bring your passwords to stream your favorite shows!

Finished basement: Empty rumpus room for kids, teens, or adults in need of a separate space. Currently unfurnished, ready for activities! Brand-new LG washer and dryer available for your use. Dehumidifier.

Kitchen: 5 burner gas stove & oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, food storage. Coffee snobs will appreciate the luxury Moccamaster coffeemaker and Fellow burr coffee bean grinder. High quality stainless steel pots and pans. Lobster pot and seafood tools provided.

Two full bathrooms, one on each floor.

Backyard: Deck with Weber Genesis gas grill with stylish deck chairs to relax and additional folding chairs for expanded seating. Motorized retractable awning in case of an afternoon rain sprinkle. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Yard is partially unfinished.

Roof deck: Peekaboo ocean views right off the primary bedroom, Adirondack chairs to enjoy your coffee while listening to the ocean breeze blow through the trees.

Work from home accommodations: Three flexible spaces to write that email that cannot wait until you return home—bedroom #1 with a flip down secretary desk, bedroom #2 with motorized standing desk with ergonomic leather work chair, and small desk in the finished basement. High speed wifi with mesh network to reach all areas of the home.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles, 2 in driveway and 2 on stone area in front of evergreen hedge.

Guests will have access to the whole home, except 1 basement closet and living room closet for owner’s storage, backyard shed, and attic.

Other things to note:
Entire house is heated and cooled via mini splits in all rooms.

Generator will run most of the house and will turn on automatically if power is lost.

All linens, bath towels, and kitchen dish towels are included in your stay. Please bring your own beach towels.

No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the property.
