Welcome to Reel 'Em Inn!
This lovely condo in the Gascoigne complex is perfectly located with easy access on and off St. Simons. The causeway to Brunswick is right next to the complex. Enjoy the convenience of being only about 2 miles from The Pier Village on St. Simons, which highlights our beautiful light house, lots of shops, and some of the island's most popular restaurants such as Iguana's, Barbara Jean's, Georgia Sea Grill, Del Sur, and more. Another mile down from there you will find Crabdaddy's, The Crab Trap, Fiddler's, Barrier Island Brewery, and The King & Prince Resort. Want to enjoy a day at the beach? This unit is only about 2 to 2.5 miles from the nearest beach accesses, which may be tide-contingent, or about 3.5 miles from East Beach, where there's always sand to walk on. There are several beach access points between the light house and East Beach for you to explore!
This is a two-story condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The first floor has a roomy kitchen with plenty of dishes/utensils and a Keurig coffee maker, a dining area with a dining table, a tastefully-decorated living room, and a lovely outdoor patio with a peaceful view. The half bath is also located on the first floor. The washer and dryer are in a closet right outside the front door.
Upstairs you will find both bedrooms and the full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
The couch in the living room has a pull-out bed with a queen mattress. This unit can accommodate a family or group of up to 6 people.
No pets allowed.
There are 2 assigned parking spots in front of the condo.
