This modern and cozy two bedroom apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With two spacious bedrooms and two private balconies, its the ideal retreat for families, couples, or business travelers. The apartment features a shared garden, a refreshing pool, and a prime location near key attractions, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Space:
This beautifully furnished apartment boasts a contemporary design, featuring two comfortable bedrooms with queen-sized beds for restful nights. The living area opens to two private balconies, ideal for enjoying fresh air and scenic views. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort in every season. Guests also have access to a well-maintained shared garden and pool, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing or work.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment, including the shared garden, pool, and the private balconies. Free parking is provided, and there are additional paid parking spaces available on the street. The building is in a secure condominium.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is within walking distance of Jardim dos Passarinhos, the Casino do Estoril, and the beach. The Estoril train station is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore nearby attractions in Cascais, Lisbon, or Sintra. The neighborhood offers a perfect balance of natural beauty and city life, with parks, beaches, and great dining options nearby.

Other Things to Note:
This property is located in a luxury private family condominium and is not suitable for parties or gatherings. It only accepts children over the age of 13 years old. Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
Check-in times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20h.
Check-in after 20h00 attract a supplement.
- 20h00 to 23h00 - €30.00
- After 23h00 - €60.00

Tourist Tax:
Municipalities in Portugal have introduced Tourist Tax and require hosts to collect from tourists who stay in tourist accommodation such as hotels, B&Bs or vacation rentals as a contribution to the maintenance of local facilities regardless of nationality.
When applicable, it is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax from tourist at the prevailing rate and pass it on to the municipalities/regions. This will either be collected in cash on the day of your arrival, by Airbnb or by Stripe.

* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
