We had an apartment with bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, living room and balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The bedroom had a wardrobe and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was clean and nice. The pool is good and you can swim there for half an hour all by yourself. Beach and restaurants are a short walk away. There is free parking in front of the hotel and the house next to it. Otherwise parking in Bergen aan zee is quite expensive.

The staircase steps are good size going upstairs but quite small going downstairs, that’s difficult especially when carrying a suitcase. There were two chairs in the living room, but a sofa would have been much more comfortable and relaxing. There were two chairs on the balcony, but there were no seat cushions to sit comfortably. The pool was closed on our last day, no notice given. No room service, so you had to get fresh towels or toilet paper from a downstairs room. There weren‘t any towels there for two days. There was no breakfast due to Corona restrictions we were told. It would be very helpful if the apartment descriptions had more photos of the actual apartments and the kitchen so you know where you are going and what to expect. The chairs at the breakfast bar in the kitchen are very wobbly, you can‘t sit on them.

I highly recommend this beautiful, modern and comfortable hotel. German speaking staff.

The staff was very inflexible with arranging any possibility, changing the dates or cancelling, despite there being a national warning for weather and it was practically impossible to get to the hotel given there was no trains in the whole country.

Nice appartment hotel just a few meters from the sea. The room has everything you need for a week, you have the possibility to cook and a nice balcony

The rooms are very dark when it´s dark outside, new lamps would be a good investment

This place is fabulous. Very quiet, lots of light, beautiful space with an incredible view (I was on the top floor) in a gorgeous setting. I will definitely return.

The coffee maker didn't seem to work. However, great coffee is available one block away at the local market.

The mattresses in our room were uncomfortable. Like a big bubble in the middle of each, that sent out bodies from one side to the other and up and down.
