Het ontbijt was redelijk goed, maar in het begin koud. N.a.v. feedback is dit gelijk aangepast. Het personeel was vriendelijk. De kamer was groot genoeg voor een gezin van 4. We hadden zelfs ruimte over. De afstand naar zowel de metro als de tram was prima op loopafstand.

Op zich was de kamer wel schoon, maar de shampoo, bodywash etc. Was bij binnenkomst leeg. De dagelijkse schoonmaak was minder goed, omdat er in de badkamer in de hoeken nog haren lagen (als pluizenbol) na een schoonmaakbeurt. Er werd wel snel gehandeld als we erom vroegen. Dat was wel weer fijn. Het zwembad was ontzettend koud! Tijdens onze 6-dagelijks verblijf, was hij al 2 dagen buiten gebruik. De eerste keer omdat hij werd gereinigd, wat ook voor openingstijd (tussen 21.00 - 12.00uur) gedaan had kunnen worden en de andere keer werd hij gemaakt. Verder miste ik een kopje koffie of thee in de lobby. In de kamers ligt er overigens wel een waterkoker/koffie/thee. De lobby is ook niet zo groot als op de foto's.

Die Bilder von booking com haben große Unterschied. Sauna Bereich war nicht sauber , viel kleiner als auf dem Bild , Schwimmbad sehr klein . Das Hotel drinnen war auch anders fotografiert

Расположение просто великолепное, наше любимое местов Стамбуле! Русский персонал на ресепшен очень дружелюбен, нас заселили сразу по прибытию, не заставили ждать. Также нам комплиментарно повысили категорию номера, что было очень приятно! При заселении учли все наши ожидания, помогали с вызовом такси. Завтрак неплохой для такой цены, по запросу готовят яичницу. Всего всегда хватало! Мы остались очень довольны! Будем рады вернуться в этот отель снова! Не было проблем ни с wifi, ни с шумом, все супер!

Немного холодный хамам, но не критично. Немного подождать и его разогревают. Не было русских каналов совсем.. хотелось бы хотя бы что-то)

Отель полностью соответсвовал моим ожиданиям . Расположение вблизи метро , дружелюбный молодой персонал , качественная ежедневная уборка , завтрак приличный , много посадочных мест для завтрака , чисто . Нас заселили раньше 14 часов , не стали заставлять ждать .

Если не придираться по мелочам , то все понравилось .

The location

Staff are not very friendly. The breakfast is appalling. we had chicken nuggets and onion rings for breakfast. they don’t cater for vegetarian people at all (you can’t be expected to eat tomatoes and cucumbers. room was small. the breakfast area is open and in the middle of the hotel so the noise feeds all the way up to the rooms.

Location is really good but keep in mind it is restricted so need to show hotel reservation if you want to go in that area. Has nice bars and restaurants close by and good for public transport. There was fruit in the room and tea and coffee got replaced every day.

Indoor pool water was really cold, sauna and steam room were started when we went in so the sauna was cold as it takes some time to heat. No parking, and the one we were recommended by staff was 15 euro per day. We then checked that just 2 mins away there is cheaper parking for 10 euro per day. No iron in the room or offering an iron we can use, they only offer service to iron your stuff but of course for a certain price. Breakfast was till 10am or 10:30am which was good timing.

The hotel is in a very good area. Close to the tram, metro, shops and restuarants. The staff at reception was really helped us to in find our way around the city. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

A bit noisy at night as there is a pub across the road.

Location was very good. It was an easy walk to the Grand Bazaar and main attractions. Yu coudl also use the tram service which was a 5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located between Lalali street and Fatih camii the location was perfect for us, very comfortable The staff is friendly and very welcoming especially **Hasan** from the reception he always welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful!! Thank you so much Hasan you made the trip more comfortable We had a little tackle opening the door and the safe in the room, but the staff was very helpful The breakfast was good and the lobby is nice
