Wir hatten den V-Status und haben daher in einem separaten Restaurant gefrühstückt. Wir waren die ersten beiden Tage sogar ganz alleine dort. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und das Essen vielfältig und lecker. Das Zimmer war schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Der Innenpool war total toll, ganz warm mit mind. 30 Grad, perfekt für unsere kleine Tochter. Außerdem war die Nutzung des Indoorspielplatz in dem benachbarten Hotel mega gut. Super modern mit ganz vielen Spielsachen, Bällebad, Trampolinpark und und und...Unsere Tochter redet noch Wochen später davon.

An excellent location, at the end of a bus line right to the Pile Gate, this hotel had everything we could have wished for. It was clean and comfortable, had a gorgeous pool, plenty of Sun loungers, an amazing buffet breakfast and fab views, not to mention pleasant, live music acting as a backdrop to each evening we were there.

Nothing!

The hotel was outstanding. We got a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which made our holiday spectacular. V Level is so worth it. Free drinks throughout the day, VIP treatment, drinks on arrival, bubbly hour and designated places at breakfast, pool and on the beach.

Korina , the spa staff and Lea were great. The buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing with all the different food flavors and variety. The bus system was great.

We were put in a corner on the bottom floor. There would have been a small view if the bushes weren’t too tall. The reception staff were not very attentive. I felt like they were bothered when talking with a guest and would rather be somewhere else. Talk with the front desk on the people above us and all I got was a colleague would look into the situation. Don’t know if anything was done because the noise continued and didn’t say anything again because they didn’t seem to care. Blinking light and phone lights made it difficult to sleep. Gave us a king bed with a full comforter.

- beach is a bit far from the hotel. 10min away - beach chair was fully occupied when we went to outdoor pool afternoon. - complimentary water was available only if you request - breakfast quality is not good

A lot of noice and i couldn’t sleep People with children are very annoying, and some guest are chatting between room with loud voices during the early morning, and also the staff.

The communal areas of the hotel are beautiful. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. Bus stop very handy and time table for trips into town is great. Swimming pools are lovely.

Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. House keeping tried to rectify this but was not successful. The room is in need of an update. Housekeeping was not always done to the standard expected.

The hotel is high standard and all the facilities are good. The staff are friendly.

I was skeptical about our stay at Lacroma as we had stayed at another Valamar hotel a week before and it was an awful experience. However, we enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly, our bed was very comfortable and the facilities were good as well.

The hotel is very far away from town. There is a bus which leaves every 10 minutes from outside the hotel, which takes you into town. Rooms are a bit tired and could use a bit of renovating as the rest of the hotel is quite modern.

Amazing food at the buffet. Location perfect neat pretty promenade to Lapad Bay and right next to bus stop. Facilities plentiful and staff helpful.

Noisy cleaner in hall near spa at night but otherwise faultless. No iron available. Our room faced a hedge rather than garden view.

The location was perfect. The indoor and outdoor pools were great with plenty of beds and parasols. Facilities at hotel were excellent and staff so friendly and helpful. Bus stop outside hotel was great only 15min into old town.

I thought their check out time could have been a bit later than 10am

interior, styling, general cleanliness was perfect. Variety of sun-lounging spaces and pool areas.

communication at check-in could have been better. it took us a couple of days to release we had access to an additional pool and sun lounge area. We didn't have lunch and dinner in our package but the breakfast buffet was overly busy with long queues at the theatre counters. Culinary and F&B delivery standard was generally poor, but reflective of the global industry at present. One member of bar staff we found unfriendly, rude and insulting. But everyone else was faultlessly friendly and professional.

Room decor and availability around the pool. We also received an upgrade on our room.

Drinks were expensive. Hallways and doors were outdated. Felt more like a family resort.

It was clean and comfortable. Food was exceptional every day and pool was clean.

Prices of drinks! No free drinks available with dinner as half board.

Service was not good. Restaurant and stuff on the beach at Valmar president do disappointing. I was expecting a better service for this type of a resort.

The hotel is in need of renovation. Nothing is broken, but it is tired and worn. Rooms are noisy, I could hear every noise from adjacent rooms. Even people talking at normal voice could be clearly heard from my room. Toiletries are not of good quality. The beach from the President hotel that you can have for 50% off by staying at the Lacroma is not great, and 99% occupied by sunbeds from the hotel. Much better beaches are outside Dubrovnik. Do not consider this hotel's nearby beaches as a worth choice. Part of the staff did not seem to be knowledgeable enough to work at such an hotel. Was given wrong info twice, but at least they were promptly corrected by other staff members nearby. Instant coffee in rooms is terrible Parking is expensive. For the hotel's rates it should be free Overall the hotel should cost 30-40% less to be a good deal

Location and beach were great

There was a very bad smell in our room the whole week

Staff were great, helpful aand unbelievably polite.

Not made clear that the beach was part of another hotel where we didn't feel particularly welcome.

Breakfast, location

They first gave us twinbed room when we ordered doublebed room. We were arriving late, and They told us the restaurant served food until midnight, then the roomservice telephone didnt work. We had to Get another room and then it was too late to order. It was q at the Breakfast, too crowded and empty quick for food. As a couple it felt we ate the Breakfast by ourself. Cause it took a while to Get the food we wantedThe day we were travelling home, we called the reception and asked if They could book a taxi for us. The morning (today) the taxi was not booked, and we almost lost our ferry.

Everything about the hotel was excellent; great facilities, clean & tidy, lovely food, attentive staff.

Great location , service and value

Food repeated , desserts not to my taste.
