That our room had 3 toilets if needed and the pool was nice
Upon booking it stated pay at property, i get a message the next day saying my card declined and booking will be cancelled. Call property explain it said pay at property- the guy i spoke to said it shouldn't have said that and asked me to pay a deposit over the phone. When arriving I pay the remaining balance in cash, we go to the room - size of room is great though mould in bathrooms and beds absolutely uncomfortable, aircon downstairs so hardly felt it upstairs. Room very outdated. Left car off the road in drive way - just not in garage as I was just ducking into room to get something before leaving again. Got a call to say car needs to be parked in garage or will get a fine and car towed. Had the worst sleep from uncomfortable bed and some sort of insects that had bitten my husband all over. Returned keys next day on departure and due to no one being there left keys in designated area. Got a call when office opened saying my card had declined for the remaining balance. I reminded the man that i paid the day before in cash- he remembered and apologised. Both husband and I became sick due to sleeping in such bad conditions. Could have taken MANY more photos of the mould but just wanted to get out of there. Definitely not worth the $370 we paid for 1 night

Great value for money and the 3 bedroom had plenty of room for our girls catch up. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there with the family however, it would be mice to see some money injected to bring some maintenance and modernisation to the apartments but I understand Covid may have impacTed that.

Absolutely loved the pool and the easy access we had to it with its little sandy beach area . Will definitely keep this resort in mind for future Gold Coast stays .

Clean facility and great family location. Staff were friendly. Room was huge and had everything needed. Loved having a garage for the car and aircon in all the main rooms.
Room was bright at night due to lighting outside. Maybe needing curtains rather then blinds to block it out a little better. Temp of the hot water was really low, making it barely warm. Both concerns however were not high priority, just suggestions for future.

Location
Not a heated pool as advertised; the entire property seem to be people living in the property;
not children friendly;
seem all residents are older age and desire quite hours at 6pm;
Ladies walking around watching each move you and family make wasn’t a vacation

Balcony over viewed pool so kids could swim while we relaxed.
The windows didn’t have Flyscreen so leaving the window open at night to allow airflow also allowed the bugs.
