Great personnel, very helpful. The breakfast was simple but good and not very expensive. Nearby is a restaurant where we had one of our best dinner during our trip.

The rooms are quite old and haven't been renovated in a long time. One electricity plug was so old that I couldn't use my german cable. It was still the old italian plugs but fortunately this was just one plug. The rest were ok. The surroundings are not very special.

The room was very comfortable and cosy. Administrator was such a nice person who helped with everything. The breakfast was tasty.

The rooms were extremely poorly noise insulated. We spent a night there together with a group of kids that would spend their time talking loudly, bumping, running and giggling well after midnight and since six in the morning the next day. The hotel staff did not intervene at all during the night and even reacted in a pretty unworthy way after our complaint next morning. Their rationale was that we had not called the reception when the kids were being noisy and that they could not do anything for us anymore. No apologies and no compensation offered. To that one would have to add that the decoration of the room is more than thirty years old, cheap furniture, a front door that lets light in from the hallway and a tiny shower. For 100 euros a night we definitely do not recommend.

Restaurant closed, Bar closed, no Service, not even Snacks available. Shower too small, next to the autostrada so loud when window is open.

Small, quiet, simple, clean, no-frills hotel - the next time that I have to stay in Tarvisio, I will definitely stay there again.

Couldn't switch on the other night lamp - two night lamps switched on are definitely more pleasant than the main light.

Very clean and quiet room. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Exceptional value for money. 30 mins drive from within 3 skiing resorts. Perfect location for a weekend ski trip.

The room was quite warm. The wellness area was not opened, not sure if it functional.
