Séjour avec belle cheminée, cuisine ouverte avec coin repas incorporé, 2 chambres, salle de douche + WC. Balcon orienté S/O.
A l'étage: suite parentale subdivisée en deux coins nuits (2 lits-doubles en 140cm) avec salle de bain + douche + WC.
Coin skieurs à l'entrée du garage équipé de deux sèche-chaussures pour 12 paires et un rack de rangement pour 15 paires de ski !!

After a long drive from the UK to Courchevel Village our first impressions were a little underwhelming. What we were all actually experiencing was tiredness. We were a group of 10 people ages ranging from teens to adults from close and extended family members. The decisions as to who was going to sleep in what bed and also with whom took some careful considerations but fortunately as a group we all get on very well in each others company! We did have concerns that 10 people and only two bathrooms would be a bit of an issue but it actually worked logistical rather well. The apartment is in a good central location of Courchevel Village, being only a 10 minutes walk up a easily manageable hill and some steps to the Village centre (just across from the Touvets Chair Lift). We hired Ski Lockers at the ESF Ski School in the village so we didn't have to walk up and down from the apartment in Ski Boots and with our Ski's & Snowboards. Parking at the apartment was fine. We had three vehicles in our group so we parked two cars in the apartments own double length garage and our Land Rover was parked in the parking area just across from the garage. If you are a group of close family and/or friends that are looking for a cosy affordable place to stay in a good location as a base to explore Courchevel and the rest of the Les 3 Vallees ski resorts then this is a good place to start.

Fun holiday
Pictures gave impression of a larger apartment and while some things, such as kitchen equipment, were excellent others were not so good. Beds were not made when we arrived and had we been late, with young children, this would have been a pain. Also a lot of the furniture was tired and stained.
One bathroom was fabulous but the small shower room left a lot to be desired

Our first ski trip since 2019 and it was an excellent flat. The garage was really handy and the kitchen was reasonably stocked (maybe a pair of tongs would improve it?) but overall great host, happy to communicate across various means (WhatsApp, the app, email etc) would recommend as we are going again next year!

The property was lovely, reasonably sized and about a 10 min (not in ski boots) walk to the lifts and 1650 village. It was fairly priced, and offering what was needed.
I would happily stay again - and recommend this property to others.
Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery etc. And the pantry had copious left overs from many previous guests!
The upstairs rooms (there are two) but essentially interconnected (there is a pull out door between them, but then the bathroom is not accessible other than thru the last bedroom if privacy is required.
The stairs to get up were very narrow, no railing, but there was a rope on the wall.
The lounge area was cold and without heating unless the fire was going, but even with a fire, the next morning was cold again.
The curtains in the two bedrooms downstairs covered the heaters, and trapped the warm air behind them! One of the rooms downstairs is quite small, the other was a good to generous size.
Some improvements I would like to see:
Linen supplied - but we had to make the beds up.
TV supplied, but not connected to the internet
Fire place supplied, but firewood not (very heavy to carry when you don't have a car)
soap, shampoo, conditioner not supplied
cleaning cloths for the kitchen not supplied
no chopping board
Host was very helpful and friendly

Brilliant
This apartment is exactly as listed and is located in the amazing ski resort of Courchevel. The host, Jean-Fabien, was very easy to communicate with throughout the booking.
I would recommend booking a ski locker at ESF as there is a fair hill from the apartment to the slopes. Also use the Courchevel website to work out the bus timetables as this makes it easier to get to 1650.
Overall a brilliant stay and we would return in the future.

Cosy chalet, good for groups
We stayed in this chalet over the half term week as a group of 10. It was a good location for us, close to a ski bus stop and with parking and adequate space to store ski gear. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to cook for ten people. It was great to eat meals around the breakfast bar. The fire is a nice addition although we did not use it as we found the apartment to be warm enough without it.
The apartment is pleasantly furnished and Jean-Fabian was quick to reply to any requests that we had

Great holiday and great accommodation
We stayed in Courchevel Village in March 2015 and had a fantastic stay. The accommodation is superb compared to other holiday rentals we have had. Very well equipped and the open fire makes for a lovely communal room in the evening.
There is a short walk up to the ski lifts so would definitely recommend hiring a locker for the week which makes this trip up a lot easier. A great location however for a nice long ski home at the end of the day.
Lastly, excellent communication throughout booking and the customer service was first class. Highly recommended!

We were eager to try Courchevel and the whole three valleys for a good price. It's quite difficult to find an affordable place in Courchevel in relation to quality/price but we nailed it with this property. Very nice apartment and very cosy I may say, all the rooms were according to the pics and comfortably we 8 stayed in the ap. The connection to 1850 is a little bit difficult if you are carrying your board or skis and if you go by foot as it is a steep hill but nonetheless there is a bus which stops next to the apartment for the more lazy ones. Also it looks that the first floor of the apartment was renovated, very nice settings. I wandered around the three valleys and I have to say that courchevel rounds up the better pistes, scenery and ambience, specially in 1850! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely apartment, a good size for the six of us (all adults) staying. Fully equiped kitchen for those who like to cook, and next time we would bring our Nespresso capsules with us! Our first time at Courchevel, and hopefully not our last - I hope we will get a chance to stay here again next season!

Great Value Cosy Accommodation
Cosy apartment with a luxury en-suite bathroom suited our group well (6 adults and 2 children). Mountain views from the ground floor bedrooms were fantastic. Climb the hill every morning for a good workout or use the free shuttle bus around the resort. Ski locker hire at ESF very useful! Garage was massive and I'm sure it could take 2 cars although we didn't have any. Owner helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Courchevel.

Also, the landlord is very flexible and the arrangement and communication went very smoothly and easily.

"This is a lovely apartment, with plenty of space for 8 people. It is clean, bright and very well equipped. It is an ideal base for skiing in 1850 although I would recommend buying a weekly pass to park in the carpark by the 1550 gondola as it is easier to drive up to this in the morning than carrying skis up the hill. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely go back and have no hesitation in recommending it."

"very clean and well equipped. Parked 2 estate cars in garage very handy (garage is directly adjacent to doorway in). Can walk to ski slopes all up hill but can be done within 10mins we left our skis in locker which we hired off ski school 50euros for the week. Clarfication on bedroom layouts - downstairs 1 room with set of bunks(sleeps 2), 1 room with set of bunks and pull out bed (sleeps 3), upstairs mezzanine 2 double beds with a sliding dividing door between the beds (sleeps 4) plus sofabed in lounge. Had a great stay thank you very much."

we stayed in the appartment for the second time just after the new year. mr Monin has made a few improvements to the property (new hob, redecorated ,)which made the stay even better than last year. this year we also benefited from use of the garage which is enormous (plenty of room for large people carrier/4x4 and storage for skis etc)
overall a fantastic place to stay in courchevel and for the size of the property very reasonable.

"The apartment was superb and catered for all our needs. It was very comfortable, clean and was very easy to find. The kitchen/dining area is excellent for meal times and provides a nice social setting. There is also ample car parking space outside the apartment. The Le Letele area at the foot of Courchevel 1550 is a lovely quiet area and is a 10 minute walk to the centre - ideal for a family. The views from the bedroom windows across the valley are spectacular. I would certainly consider staying here again."

"The appartment was wonderful with lots of character. compared to the other appartments we have rented in courchevel this was very large. we were a party of 6 and there was plenty of room ,with 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen, lovely lounge with open fire. the main bedroom was wonderful with its own bathroom. overall very satisfied, owner was very pleasant to deal with."
