managing a grand hotel with more than 600 rooms is a tuff job but they did it👍exceptional pools and beach shore . very good food in different varieties and different areas . clean and spacious rooms . different types of entertainments.friendly staff . a very good memory that makes us think about going back next year. but dont forget its all about families with kids , wont recommend it to singles and couples 😀
old gym with unprofessional gym staff. lack of hard alcohol variety (medium quality). only one life guard near the sea.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. And we were very happy to have Belge as a housekeeping person for our room. She was very kind, very helpful, she makes her job well, very clean.

Animation medium .no water sports.canoe kayak ,surf in every ultra all inclusive is free... Here was no at all . wanted banana for kid and even we had to pay we could not get 4 person at the time. And no one tried to collect a team.a la carte restaurants is free in all ultra all inclusive ( have been in limak Lara same management) here it was valueable.. tried chines 5€ per person and rate 4 from 10j

it was all in one for me, beach front where we didnt need to get on buses or walk to the beach. We had everything under our chin, pool, beach, restaurnats, spa etc.
I wish if the beach was sandy but it was somehow rocky.

Limak's classic: the watchman likes to play secret services (again)
1) The main disappointment is that fact the Limak hotels' watchmen playing secret services and molesting you is not a coincidence but the exact script. During my previous stay at another branch Limak Belek happened absolutely the same. That days they assured me that "they will look into my concern" but the hel they didn't. After the checkout I asked the receptionist if we are finished and it's ok with everything and can we just go without any stops from security or maybe we need some paper or a pass signed by reception to go through gate. The answer was "It's ok, you need nothing, goodbye and come again". And I come again! Several minutes later after being stopped by the non-speaking english watchman at the gate who started to ask with pidgin language us absolutely weird questions like "why we are going out" and "why you checked out today this time" like no one went here for ages. After my getting back to reception and complaining he said "sorry, you got me wrong". Nope, I got you right mr. Bond. You and your secret service.
2) Other staff also left to be desired. What are the cleaners worth rushing into the room without knocking? You'll be caught naked if you won't barricade the door. "Do not disturb" hanger also means nothing for them: first time they just removed it inside and entered the room for pillow movements (without cleaning somehow). Second time we used it the hanger sign just disappeared at all. But the litter and empty bottles left by some night rable stayed near to our door till the afternoon.

All staff were all really helpful, each part of the hotel was immaculately clean. The food was good, there was a great variety of fresh and not overcooked food. The service in every area was helpful and friendly. Entertainment was varied.
The game being played by 'rent a car' and a member of reception staff to book a taxi to Antalya, it was obvious that lots of people wanted a share of any profit so the price was higher than that quoted to us by guest relations and the Jet2 rep. We seriously hope that the taxi driver got most of the money we paid.

Location, facilities, food and staff are very nice. Beach is cute, a lot of beautiful and calm green areas on the territory and a lot of sports / activities to make yourselves to be busy with.
We’ve been in October’21 - so not many people, very relaxing and refreshing vacation.
Family room with jacuzzi in the main building is not really friendly for a very small children - as balcony has no a proper barrier, so some other type of room would feel more safe for us - disclaimer about this would help us to make a better choice. Disco was a bit noisy and annoying, even with all the efforts made to isolate that from the living area (I think it’s probably even neighbour hotel’s disco, but anyway, was noisy).

The hotel could've been good if not the people (read negative part) - as the building, the pools and so on are quite good, someone really invested in the hotel. Also, we had a suite with spa - and the room was obviously very good, with the sea view, jacuzzi and so on.
The staff and the overall service level were MOSTLY DISGUSTING (except for several people that really seamed to care), the food and beverages VERY POOR, CHEAPEST lowest-level alcohol (except for beer) - absolutely inappropriate for a so-called 5-star level hotel!! This is scam, not a 5-star hotel, I wouldn't give it even a 4 star. Extremely disappointed that Booking.com lets properties like that sell themselves as 5-star hotels. Maybe some day before they were good, but they managed to spoil everything. Absolutely not worth the money, absolutely disappointing, DO NOT CHOOSE.
For the whole week we had to eat overfried and overoiled omelet with bread for breakfast, for example. Dinner and lunch were better, but still very poor. A la carte was more or less fine for food (for adults), but it was for evenings only and had to be booked upfront.
Even though we visited at the end of October, the restaurants couldn't handle the quantity of guests: 40 minutes before the meal was over, there was actually almost no food left. They did not hurry to clean the tables after previous guests - so you could wander for 10 minutes just to find a seat outside. When we had problems with wi-fi the reception did not do anything despite our claims for 3 days - only a personal visit to a guest relations office helped. The cards to the rooms I had to change 4 times during a weekly stay - and no one cared. And so on.
Also, while they call themselves a "Kids Concept" place - it is not such. E.g., there was actually no food for a 1-year-old baby. The hallways in the main building had openings in the fence where a kid could fall and hurt himself. Some of the most popular staircases were spiral metallic staircases - obviously not safe for kids and not something you can use with a baby stroller. Not enough elevators, so, if you have a baby stroller, you could wait for 5-10 minutes for the elevator - almost every time.

First of all, this is my 3rd time in Kemer, and Sultan homes made it more like living at home, with all facilities and they have access to their beach, and their long clean pool , really Elvin was so helpful for us with his polite attitude and very good English and he is a real gentleman,of course with the nice lady Dameera, they really gives a good impression about kemer nice people.
for sure I will come back to this lovely place....

The food was very disappointing. I would say bad. Our room was good and clean but some things were falling apart, like towel and loo paper hangers. Hotel guests were not wearing masks and staff didn't require it. Most of facilities were shut so I can't comment on that

The hotel is huge. Due to COVID19, there were not too many guests, but I guess in summertime it can be very crowded. The food variety is excellent. Every day they had some special dishes.
1. It was a shame that for the NY's dinner, there was no music and when we wanted to stay in a lobby lounge to mark the NY's there were no seats availbale, so we had to celebrate in our room. It was very disappointing.
2. Even though overall the hotel is quite clean, the windows and the door handles for the terrace in the dining room are very dirty and nasty.
3. During the check-in we did not have a nice experience. A gentleman at the reception saw us and was just looking at us while talking on the phone. He never greeted us or apologized for not addressing us when we approached him. He did pick up a phone a few times again during the check-in. It is lousy service, I must admit.
