I wanted to rebook for a unexpected family issue
4.0
The location is great right next to Grand Vans chair lift.
The coffee table broke as it was unsupported on one side so they charged us over 100 euros.
4.0
The location is excellent, the apartment was well decorated and clean.
The bed was not comfortable at all but the sofa was. The sofa cover was not very clean with stains on it and the ski locker was too small for 4 pairs of skis
3.5
Excellent location right on the piste, a minutes walk from the ski school meeting point.
Renovated flat in good condition. Beds reasonably comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped.
Our flat (advertised as being for 7 people)was adequate for a family of 5, but would have been a tight squeeze for 7.
Quite a noisy apartment block, sound travelled easily so we could hear people moving up and down stairs and along corridors (late at night), and could hear people in adjoining apartments. Also, the block is straddled over the road access to the piste so we were woken very early by the piste vehicles, and these were heard overnight some nights also.
The ski lockers are tiny- we were in a 7 person flat and could , at a push, fit 5 pairs of skis and 2 pairs of ski boots in the locker. The rest of the equipment had to be stored in the flat. The locker room is also extremely cramped and somewhat chaotic in the mornings.

The location was fantastic - defnitely ski in - ski out. On-line checkin was brilliant and saved queuing.
Large spacious apartment (we had 2 bedroom duplex plus cabin) which was good as snow was so poor we could only do mornings. Lots of crockery. Morning bread delivery was very good service though the pastries were stale (this was the fault of bakery not hotel).
Had the snow been better this year this would have been one of the best places to stay in the area.
We didn't bother using the pool as it was tiny and not worth the effort.
We had to make up and strip the beds - this was a pain after a ling journey.
The bedding did not fit the beds or duvets.
The ski room is a poor design but perfect location for access direct to the slopes.
The mountain restaurants were extremely over priced.

location, rooms and comfort
No easy to communicate before arrival. We were asking for the late check in, but didn’t get the answer until 15 minutes before the end of check in (and our arrival).
But finally everything was Ok.
4.0
property is well situated and near slopes . easy to drive to . modern and kitchen well equipped .
nothing - all good but could help with upgrading for example sofas as they are looking a bit old with wear and tear

Perfect location 👌 for couples and families. There are plenty of ski runs for all abilities.
We can not fault the resort or the accommodation.
However if I had to make one suggestion, it would be to have a member of staff who has 'wheel chain' skills situated on the route into the resort when the weather is really bad to help the inexperienced wheel chain users.

Great location and nice apartments
2.5
great location, good facilities, nice layout appts
Staff not very helpful, bed pillows, duvets, etc poor quality and not clean. Towel rental poor value for quality of products. Check out impractical time wise (check out 10 am , check in 5pm?) and no common areas in block suitable for waiting etc.
3.5
the location, staff friendliness
not really clean, quite noisy (from neighbour's above) and pretty bad wifi

The staff at the property were all nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, new and well maintained . The property was easily accessible to chair lifts.Rooms were
Lack of variety of restaurants in Flaine Foret .

close to the slopes. swimming pool, large apartments
not the cleanest apartment on arrival. broken vacuum in apartment
4.0
The ski in/out location was amazing. Pool was fantastic for the kids. Room was well sized for 2 families.
Some of the lights were not working in the room. We were only given 2 keys and this was really not enough for 8 people - People were often left unable to get back into the room, because they did not have a key.
3.5
location, size of apartment, size of balcony, dishwasher, Celia on reception was always great at answering my emails, car park brilliant
had to make our beds on arrival, reception often shut, no chopping board, few knives in cutlery draw, had to ask for more bed linen as not enough, asked for more pillows but never got them
3.5
The residence has an awesome location, right on the slopes, next to the Gran Vans ski lift. The apartment was of an okay size, having two bathrooms and two toilets is really great when you are coming with a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are of an okay size. The hotel offers a bakery service and a sauna/hammam (additional fees).
The locker room and the lockers are ridiculously small, if you are more than 4 persons, you'll definitely have to cary your ski shoes in the apartment. The swimming pool was a bit small and there is no separated space for children, it closes at 19.00. After 17.00, it's very likely to be hard for you to enjoy it if you are not coming as a family. Expect a small bunk bed (<1.80m) in the entrance of the apartment if your room has a "cabine". Pillows were quite uncomfortable, not ideal when you need a good night of sleep to recover from your day on the slopes.
4.0
location, views and facilities (supported by excellent and friendly staff)
no ovens in rooms - many other countries and facilities are putting them in to self catering now. parking also super tight for a lwb van
4.5
Good decor, independent electric heating in each room, small swimming pool great for kids, bookable hamman (€) for adults, bakery delivery bookable to collect in building every morning, kitchen well equipped to cook every night for 7 nights - if microscopic!
Not quite enough coathooks or shelves for ski gear. Really pleased we were a 4 staying in a '6' apartment as good living room space, but not enough storage for 6.
Weird electric sign that came on really bright at 6am EVERY MORNING at top of red run down to town, which flashes every 45 seconds or so. Crazy that the Grand Massif team feel the need to turn this on so early as it was really disruptive waking up just after 6 every morning, flashing around the edge of the blackout curtains, it's so bright!

Location
Would have preferred two twin rooms, rather than a double
