The place is very spacious for a family of four people. very clean rooms and beddings and lots of towels for everyone. it has all the amenities needed for basic cooking so with such a great view from the porch, it was nice to stay in and cook simple breakfasts. The porch has a jacuzzi tub and it’s nice to sit in and relax. The top attractions on Fira are all within walking distance. to get to Oia, you can take the local bus and the station is 5 minutes away. There are also many good restaurants nearby, we really enjoyed Aris and it’s grilled seafoods. Dimitris our host was extremely nice and helpful to help us settle in. Knowing our flight is late in the evening, he also offered later check out. Overall it was a very nice experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

The third bedroom above the kitchen is a bit damp and with the air conditioning on it was hot and dry. It might be better in the summer when the weather is more dry. This was not an issue for us since we only needed two bedrooms.

The location was excellent as far as I am concerned. Typical for Santorini, we had to walk down some stairs, but we were not in the flow of heavy traffic, and were still close enough to be able to get to restaurants and for our taxi to get to us at the Hotel at the top of the hill. The manager, Aphrodite, and her assistant checked on us daily and made sure we did not need anything. The only complaint I would have is that the second bedroom is rather small and not much more than a bed built into the rock and the second bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen from that bedroom and the showers in both bathrooms are the handheld nozzles which my wife doesn't like, but each had good pressure and good hot water. The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub but we had a problem with the stopper but Aphrodite had a repairman over immediately. We were pleased with the villa for my wife, daughter and son in law. It would be perfect for a family with children. The large common area had large couches and room for family activity.

As stated, the arrangement of the rooms, but it is a cave! EVerything we needed was there and the common area was large, the hot tub was private, the view was great.

Great location! Only a couple minutes walk to the Main Street close to all the shops. Very nice villa and beautiful view right from the room and windows. well facilitated, provided all the toiletries you will needed. Sotiris is very nice and answered all of our questions. The hot tub was very much enjoyed after raised the temperature.

We stayed in the guests room. The guests bathroom after bath became super wet since the there is no doors of the shower, and the shower head doesn’t turn certain ways, so it will splash all over the floor, so it would be helpful to provide more floor mats or towels to help dry up after each shower.

everything was perfect!! if i had to say something, the sinks and the bathroom could have been better cleaned but still very good!

The villa absolutely made our trip to Santorini! The view from the balcony was unbelievable! The location was perfect - in the middle of Fira and close to the bus station and supermarket. The hot tub was a great addition. The host was so helpful and arranged all transfers for us. Very comfortable beds. Great kitchen facilities.

The 2nd bedroom and 3rd bed above the lounge don’t have much storage for bags but there is an extra wardrobe in the lounge instead. It wasn’t a problem for us and there was lots of space in the main bedroom that we all shared. Just an FYI to other visitors.

We stayed in the CAVE 2 bedroom. The view and living space /kitchen was amazing.

We were thinking that this was a 2 bedroom villa. The master was beautiful, however, the second room was open to the kitchen and living area, had no storage or closet. Not ideal for 2 couples.
