The landlords was getting impatient from the very beginning of our entry.The light is broken and when we ask ,He is getting impatient just because him a question.When we locked the door when he is here ,He is doubt we are hiding something.We are just really not familiar with the room and the house

Very nice, warm and cosy house, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bathroom and optionally the shower cabin. The location is also good: just few minutes walking distance from U-bahn stops, Lidl, Aldi, pharmacy etc. For those who prefer walking it's around 30 min to the riverside and the Hbf station. Nice and quite neighborhood. Very friendly and kind host. Nice price/quality ratio. Definitely recommended for families!

Joint toilet/bathroom, which might be a problem when staying with big family. Toilet is located only on a second floor and to get there you have to use quite steep spiral staircase - could be a problem with people that have disabilities. On the advertisement they claimed bikes and the BBQ facilities, however, it was not there. Perhaps, it should be removed from the description in order to lower the expectations.

Spacious, comfortable home with all the necessities for a short stay. Friendly owner came to provide the keys.

There are no fees for parking, but it's very difficult to find a spot in the area.
