The whole property looked just like on pictures or even better, bed was really comfortable, many shops around and it was so close to all attractions!! Both of the receptionist were lovely and really helpful. We had an amazing time in Budapest!!

The location is perfect and very central. The design of the room is nice. It was pretty quiet.

The room was never cleaned. Not before we checked in, nor during our stay. It was so dirty I can't even describe, but I will anyway. The toilet seat had yellow and orange marks on it and it was sticky. The shower floor was so greasy I was afraid to move around and slip. Around the bed were condom wraps. Under the bed was full of garbage, empty bottles, all kinds of wraps, plastic bags, boxes of god knows what. That night we had to go buy our own cleaning solutions (just to clean the toilet and the shower so we won't catch any disease). The day after we asked the receptionist if there's house keeping, but she said there will be only tomorrow. We kindly informed her about the condition of the room so she said she will clean it today. She did collect the garbage from under the bed but that was it. Tomorrow came but no one cleaned the room. Overall it was the worse experience I've ever had in a hotel. Never in my life had to clean the hotel room by myself. Only in India, but it wasn't a hotel, it was a guesthouse and I paid less than $10 for a night.

Location is perfect! Close to everything and easy to gey around. Room was super clean and quiet, bed was comfy and rhe shower was great!

Absolutely nothing

I tried to contact them for weeks before arrival and they never bothered to get back to me. Their phone number provided on booking.com is not working and there is absolutely no way of contacting them. Customer service from booking.com was no help whatsoever so I lost over £250. I didn’t show up as travelling during these unprecedented times is tricky enough. I couldn’t take the risk of not being able to check in or have a hotel ready when I arrive.
