Leaving the hotel, and the cobwebs everywhere in RECEPTION and stairwells. The filth in the grounds

Construction going on and charging full price. Where was the pool.

No electricity for 1 day.was contacted by someone from apartment and told we would receive $100 refund which has not happened.would not stay at this apartment again.

I was expecting a 3 bedroom hotel room, we got their and was given keys to a very spacious and well maintained 3 bedroom house. It was great for my family, my children loved the space. It was very clean and tidy. Extra blankets and heaters also provided which helped as it was freezing in Melbourne.

Only 2 things that could be looked at. Install a clothes dryer, as it rained and didn't know where the dryer at the hotel was located, as we were a few doors down from the actual hotel. The main room bed maybe upgrade to a ensemble base as felt as though we were going to fall through or break the bed.

Location great and close to shops, friendly staff, quiet appartment, all round very good.

No complaints at all.

Little spiders and cockroaches everywhere On ceilings and carpet Ended up in kids shoes left in the bedroom and bags !!

Lots of space for each of us to have our own room and feel at home. Very clean and tidy, easy to park with each apartment having its own carport.

When I collected the key from reception they didn't advise that I could park in the carport - this info would have been helpful at check in.
