Nice staff. The location was ok.

Breakfast was allmost only cakes and unhealthy

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection.

Very friendly staff and I really liked the breakfast.

Maybe the rather thin walls. (And nothing to do with the hotel itself, but there is/was sooo much traffic in Sottomarina.)

Value for money, balcony

Quite central, close to te beach (~300m), the hotel owner and the other employee were really nice, we talked a lot with them! There is a closed parking and they made us a price reduction because my mother is disabled and the disabled parking lot was not available. Very helpful and friendly!

The breakfast is not the best I have eaten in Italy. Always exactly the same things, burnt croissants (almost black), almost only sweet things. The waitresses are not always nice and seem to be looking only for tips. Another negative thing, you cannot choose the table, they assign you one. All the room was empty and we should have gone to the end of the room (although my mother cannot walk very well), when we asked her why, she just said "because we have already set up the table for lunch here"
