We really enjoyed our family stay in this lovely property. Everything matched the online description. The location was ideal for the beach during the day and the town in the evening. We would love to go back.

Fabulous stay, perfect location and great host

We had a great holiday. Couldn't fault the house, it was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we required as a family. Also the communication from the property owner was great and he was so helpful and hospitable, which always makes things so much so much nicer for your holiday. Including, he organised our transfers from the airport to the property including providing our keys and when you are travelling with young children this makes life much easier. It is a great location to access the main beach and the town. I couldn't recommend this place enough, we hope to go back next year!

Lovely property in a fabulous location with 3 terraces perfect for different times of the day. Views of the mountains and the sea from one side of the property with the other side overlooking the pool and gardens. A quiet, relaxing location within a few minutes walk of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. Highly recommended

My wife and I stopped in this lovely property .Its location is perfect being equidistant from the town and Burrisna beach.Numerous restaurants and bars nearby.The complex is quiet and over the month we stayed other guests all respectful.The host was perfect accessible and the agents looking after the property are only next door.We would highly recommend this property

We had a perfect week here. Close to the beach, easy walk to the old town, bodega right around the corner. Neighbors are lovely and friendly. The property is beautiful and full of light.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 7 weeks during winter and spring 2023. I really can’t say enough good things about this property. Everything is just as shown in the listing and the kitchen was particularly well stocked. The roof decks are fantastic. The owner, Paul was very easy to contact and helpful with a couple of minor issues. Location is great only a short walk into the centre of town. The only negative is that there are a lot of stairs so this place would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

This apartment’s location is it’s big selling point as you do not have to hire a car to enjoy your stay. Everything you need is within walking distance. The pool is a few steps away from apartment. A lovely beach is a few minutes walk down the road. It’s a 10 minute stroll to the Balcony de Europe which is a beautiful palm filled pedestrianised area with stunning views out over beaches and the sea surrounded by cafes, shops and bars housed in quaint white washed buildings full of character. The apartment is spotless and well equipped with balconies on both sides to enjoy both vistas of the pool and beach. Eating out was cheaper than the UK and there was regular bus services to other beautiful cities to explore a walk away therefore saving trouble and cost of car hire and stresses of finding parking place. We would thoroughly recommend this accomodation and area to stay

My wife an I have rented this house once before and were then very happy with everything, and what to say and where to start this time when everything felt perfect. Paul the owner were very helpful with everything, and very quick to answer my questions. Three good terraces, one on the ground floor with good view over garden and pool. The kitchen have everything you need for making a good homely lunch ore dinner. Bathroom are very ok, with walk in shower. The bedroom is comfortable with a very good bed. We had a great holiday at this apartment. It is very well decorated and equipped with everything you need for a break in the sun. It is perfectly located for the beach and a lovely stroll to the town centre and Balcon De Europa. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning - which was great as the weather was very hot when we were there. All UK channels are available on the TV too. We had great communication from Paul, the owner, from when we booked until when we left. Paul also arranged airport transfers for us at a very good price and even rearranged our pick up time after a late change to our flight arrangements. I would highly recommend without the slightest hesitation!!!

Been to Nerja many times and this is the only property we have stayed in twice, its comfortable, clean, well equipped and central to all amenities. If like us, you like space and comfort you have a choice of three terraces where you can eat ,drink, sunbathe, and have a cool dip in the pool at evening time. It has a very pleasant lounge and guess what ?the tv works with all the English stations , add to this comfortable beds and air conditioning. Host Paul is very obliging and arranged transport from the airport for us. Next time , definitely two weeks.

Very clean, comfortable well provided property - the flexibility of having several outside spaces allowed for the good weather to be enjoyed all through the day. Paul was an excellent host - arranged for a taxi to collect and return us to the airport- would recommend this property.

Walking distance to everything, well equipped and very comfortable townhouse only a couple minutes away from the center. Small grocer a block away, with larger super market a few blocks further. Small, quiet complex. On street parking and host arranged for a parking permit at the municipal lot for us on request The host, Paul and his local agents were fantastic! When a cancelled flight delayed usby a day and then had us arriving after midnight so we couldn't get our rental car Paul arranged for a driver to pick us up with the keys in hand so we could go straight to the property. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful little townhouse with a lot of space to relax and three different terraces. The interior is very clean and modern and it's close to the beach as well as the old city. It was a pleasure to share the pool with the neighbours. We also appreciated that it had sunchairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Can highly recommend this place.

The property is very well located inside the town on Nerja, with everything at walking distance. The communal garden and the pool are great and the kids loved it. The house itself is nice and spacious, and it is very well equiped with everything needed (books, games, TV with local and UK channels). We did appreciate the air conditionning present in all the bedrooms and the living room. Paul the owner was always very helpful and swift to answer. I strongly recommend.

Paul es una persona súper atenta y dispuesta. Respecto a la casa, estaba impecable, quizá diría que mejor de lo que parece en las fotos. Además es muy grande y está literalmente a dos minutos de una de las calitas más bonitas de Nerja centro (Carabeillo) y de la playa de Burriana. El balcón de Europa queda a menos de 10 min andando y siempre por las callejuelas turísticas, así que la ubicación es excelente. Sin duda, muy recomendable!!!

Fantastic property, beautifully furnished and exactly as it looks in the photos. It’s in a brilliant location, 10 minute walk to Burriana beach and less than 5 minutes to one of the smaller coves. Bakery, supermarket and a handful of local bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the main area is an easy 10 minute stroll. Paul was a great host and arranged taxis to and from the airport and was on hand to answer any questions we had whilst we were there. Thank you for a great stay - hope it won’t be our last!

The house was spotless and really well equipped. We felt very relaxed, safe and comfortable there. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms as the nights were hot for us. The shared pool was lovely. I’d booked the holiday for a friend and myself. And my friend said it was everything I’d promised and more - “paradise”! The villa is perfectly located on a quiet part of town, just a very short walk to the lovely beaches, the town, restaurants and shops and the bus station for local excursions. Nerja is a pretty, friendly town with everything we needed and wanted near the villa. Paul was exactly as helpful as previous reviews have stated.

We had a wonderful week in this property, which is exactly as described in the advertisement and the pictures are spot on , the area is quite but only 5 minutes walk to where all the shops, restaurants and bars are which is great , the beach is literally 3 mins walk away and down about 30 steps but it’s worth it as the beach is beautiful , Paul the owner was very prompt with replying to all my emails which was great and there were a lot of little extras left in the property that we could have the use of like umbrellas for the beach or pool side , lots of books and games and there is good English TV channels if needed . Would definitely recommend staying here .

We’ve been coming to Nerja and this villa for several years and always have a wonderful time.

Stayed for a week in June . Couldn’t fault the apartment it had everything you need and was spotlessly clean. Only a short walk to restaurants bars and shops. Paul the owner was really helpful and very responsive to my emails before we arrived sorting out transfers to and from the airport.

We had a great time staying in this property. It was exactly as described..very tastefully decorated..well equipped and in pristine condition. It was a real "home from home" even down to a large selection of reading books. The location was perfect for many restaurants/bars/shops/beach and close to the places to access local buses. It was a pleasure to deal with Paul the owner who was informative and promptly replied to any queries we had. We will certainly stay here again in the future.
