Goog location, very quiet place.

If we had of arrived earlier, I would of walked straight out of the place! Can not believe booking.com even allows this place to be on their site...I thought there were standards to be met, obviously not!

The place was filthy! Never experienced anything like this before😡 Nothing at all like the pictures. Dirty walls, cobwebs in every room and corners, dirty mirrors in bathroom, yard an absolute mess. Light shades full of dust. The place smelt of old, dirty carpet. Absolutely terrible place! Nothing had ever been cleaned. Old, out dated and should not be on this site, booking.com needs to do something about it!

Water pressure in shower

Very dirty. Not maintained. Bedroom window broken so couldn't close & screen pushed in. Rubbish around. Yard overgrown. Facilities very average..food left around, no milk. Didn't feel comfortable using kitchen as too dirty.

The owner was extremely friendly, beautiful property and now our go to ALWAYS for accommodation when we visit Melbourne. We needed a pan, so they went out and purchased one. I call that service A+++. It's located in a beautiful Asian neighbourhood, and even the locals are friendly as we stopped and chatted to some on our walk to the shops. The price in fantastic, and I'll actually miss the place haha. My kids wanted to move there lol.

The oven kept dying during cooking. Small issue with just an oven fix or replacement.

Convenience of location. Layout of unit. Peace and quiet Comfortable. Friendliness and responsiveness of host even without face-to-face communication

Great location & price! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Beds & furniture were slightly old. On Booking.com facilities included jacuzzi & bidet which definitely aren't onsite.
