Dette overnatningssted er uden sammenligning det værste sted, jeg nogensinde har boet. Vi ankom kl. 18 og fandt hurtigt ud af, at de to værelser med hver to enkeltsenge, som vi havde bestilt, var dobbeltsenge. Receptionisten var tilsyneladende ikke en receptionist, og kunne absolut ikke hjælpe os med noget som helst. Madrassen på sengene havde kæmpe buler, hvor indmaden havde klumpet sig sammen, og jeg vågnede næste morgen og følte, at jeg var blevet tævet af Mike Tyson. Der var ikke tændt for varmen på værelset. Min mand prøvede at hænge sin jakke i skabet, men skabslågen faldt af ned over ham. Lamper var I stykker og vindueskarmen sad helt løst oven på radiatoren. Morgenmaden var elendig. Generelt et meget, meget slidt sted, som ikke lever op til pris.

insonorisation pa terrible heureusement pour nous nous étions très peu nombreux dans l'hôtel. nous avions la chambre du capitaine mon compagnon d'un mètre 93 touchait le plafond!!

The barge is picturesque and the room was comfortable enough, if a little small. The welcome was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The room did feel cramped, having to skirt around the edge of the bed to reach the other side, and the bathroom was even smaller. The room, partially due to the amount of canvas I’m sure, was incredibly hot and stuffy at times.

The staff was kind. The concept of staying on a boat was fun. The free breakfast was nice.

The river view is fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. The walk into town is short and very beautiful. Staff were kind and helpful. Lots to eat for breakfast.

They decorated the room with balloons for my partner's birthday which was an amazing surprise. The breakfast was amazing. Great choice and the scrambled egg was the best I've had from a buffet. You can sit looking over the river while enjoying breakfast and the room is very well-decorated. The location was perfect. short 10 minutes walk but it makes you see other parts of Bruges you may not have seen otherwise.

The walls are extremely thin!! You can hear entire conversations in the rooms next door! The room is a lot smaller than the pictures show. You have to sidestep around the bed to get to the window and the bathroom shower was not the cleanest. The towels are rough as though they are quite old and well used.

We stayed only one night here, but we loved it. It gives you different experience, and being on city surrounded by canals, one cannot resist:-) The cabin was cute, nicely equipped and with good touch (life jackets on bed, cabin decoration...). The breakfast was served, was tasty and the view over the canal gave a bit more touch to it. Parking on side available, and very close to walk to the charming city center. We had very nice stay in Brugge, and happy for our choice.

Different experience. Nice stay on the water. Location very close to town centre. Very good value breakfast in the morning.

Strange repeating noise during day (room 11) but quite at night.

breakfast is perfect! I am from Taiwan, and I have no problem communicating in English. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and provide a lot of help. It is definitely worth living here!

Great Location with a nicely laid out room. We also had dinner in the restaurant and that was good. 10 minute walk to the town centre. Breakfst was included and very good Review would of been outstanding if not for the negative comment below. All in all I woud stay there again and would recommend the experience.

Had a problem with a nail sticking out of skirting board in our room that my wife cut her foot on. Was really dissappointed this wasn't fixed even though it was mentioned to the recepionist twice. I even said give me a hammer to bang it in!!!

Staying and eating breakfast on the waterlevel was a unique experience. We enjoyed the location as well, which was within walking distance from the center.

A Complete breakfast with EVERYTHING. Eggs, Bacon, Chesses, Hams, Jelly, Bread, Cereals, etc.

The wifi is ok... They should level up there.

We got a great room, 6, with a view back across the canal. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, great choice of continental breakfast items. We had half board which included dinner which was very good. Fantastic location for walking over the Bridge into town. Car parking opposite is free. Private parking by the hotel you pay for.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work. There were mesh panels to put over the open windows but didn't find them until the morning. The other part of our group were upstairs and got badly bitten in the night ... Just a pointer to the staff perhaps to point out the mesh is there to be used.

Great localization 10 minutes from the city center. Delicious food, nice service, clear rooms.

It is outside the old city but just a 5 minutes walk to town. For us was not an issue as we went by car and is easy to reach but worth noting, just in case

Hotel location is near to the train station but not in the city center and the breakfast is good and staff are friendly, surrounding area is very quiet and calm

BED BUGS !! Please anyone entering this hotel make sure you check your bed and whole room very well, the room i stayed in had many bugs and we had the worst experience ever at any stay, also room facilities need alot of maintenance tv not working, window insect screen is not fixed, no safe box ... etc. But again all these are minor compared to the hell of the bed bugs !
