Wifi didn’t work caus’ last room in corridor’s

No soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The hotel had none for us to use and we had to buy our own. I felt like it should be included especially for the area that we were in. Megeve is a classy and expensive town.

the hotel has NO service at all. we never saw anybody at the reception desk. NOBODY NEVER clean our room! we stayed with the same towels, and the one and only bath mat for the whole week! room was not cleaned properly. sofa bed very uncomfortable wifi was TRAGIC unpleasant odor was coming from the restaurant we would never visit this hotel again. please consider this review before you book. dear hosts, for God shake, you know that February is your peak period, why don’t you hire some extra staff during that period? why you don’t care for your customers? why you don’t clean the rooms? maybe because you have a non refund policy, and you are sure you have taken your money. But this is not fair for us. And one day you will be spending your winter with empty rooms.

We liked the location, walking distance to the village and the hotel dog was a real hit with my sons :)

WiFi was poor and was logging us out all the time.

Room provided for family very small. Bad shower. Extractor above cooker hob not functional. WiFi not great.

The room ("studio") had a decent balcony with a pleasant view, and there was a supermarket, boulangerie and café within walking distance.

My room faced onto the main road which was pretty noisy. It was good to have a fridge but the door didn't close so things didn't keep very cool.

The size of the apartment was ideal for a family of 3 and it had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was great for skiing at le jaillet which was only about a 10 minute walk. Also it was only a 10 minute walk into the town so ideally placed. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel one evening but apart from that just ate out or in the apartment.

Apartment was a little dated and the fridge kept freezing everything even though we turned the dial down to low.

The host is great! he was super welcome and friendly. Mabelle, my dog, was super welcome in the hotel and I really appreciate that. The breakfast was good as well. You can ask for fried eggs if you want. Croissant was delicious! The hotel is well located as well. Not really in the downtown area but close to the city to walk around. They have parking avaialbe as well.

I think the bathroom was quite dirty. There was only 2 towels avaialble and we were 4 people travelling. Once we arrive, there was only 1 toilet paper for 4 people in the room. Of course, it finished on the first day and it was difficult to find someone to give us more.
