Amazing location, staff and pool. Perfect for staying in Capri. Breakfast great as well, honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island.

Nothing significant and nothing that would prevent me from staying again! But the bed was very hard. Not just medium but super firm. If you had back issues it’s worth thinking about. Also our door on the balcony didn’t lock. Thankfully Capri is the safest place ever but I’d expect that to be working.

The location is just under the famous Capri sign. You are about a 10 minute walk from the central town and all the best restaurants and shops. The property is well decorated with a mid-century modern feel.

My primary complaint about the hotel is that the beds were so uncomfortable. For the price per night, I would expect a great bed with good linens. This felt like sleeping on a box. It had hard, scratchy sheets and you could feel coils sticking out of parts of the mattress. A simple feather bed or foam topper + nicer sheets would go a long way to making you feel more comfortable. The location is very close to town but located down a super steep, winding hill + steps. Capri in general is very hilly so it isn't different than a lot of places but it was annoying after awhile to walk down such a steep incline to get to your hotel.

Great location walking distance from the main shopping and restaurant area. Pool was perfect and the bar made great drinks. Breakfast was very nice.

Very good location. Quiet but easy walk to main square. Helpful staff, particularly the porter who cheerfully navigates all the stairs and hills with luggage making this location very accessible to travelers with a large suitcase.. without him it would be very difficult. Very good breakfast. Food at pool bar better than expected. Comfortable room.

Nothing significant. Drinks at pool bar very dilute. We got one on arrival and avoided after that. Room air conditioning very tricky. No matter how we set it we would end up freezing in the middle of the night but the room was way too hot without it.

The location is close to Capri center and at the junction that distributes to Anacapri, the port, and the beach.

However the hotel is not at street level. There is a 50° slope for a minute walk to reach. Anything other than sneakers or rubber sole could get you slipping. If you have back problems, you won't be able to make it! The internet was not working in our room and was not fixed through out the stay despite frequent requests. No compensation was given! The pool area is INFESTED with bugs. We stayed there for 15min and we got eaten up alive. Had to buy special cream from the pharmacy.

Location and staff fantastic. Near town and near nice beach (5 min walk either). Hotel has idyllic design and is beautiful/cozy. Staff was very helpful with transfers, booking of beach club, high end restaurants, etc.

Breakfast could be a bit better but alright (more fried vegetables options would be fantastic, eggs other than scrambled too and porridge was missing - that said, we didn’t ask). Bonus that staff brought freshly squeezed orange juice upon request- Kudos.

Needs coffee machine in the room. Shuttle for guests from the port. Need new beds and soft/hard option of pillows. Need food options "on the go" like fruit available during off hours of restaurant availability in town (4-7)

Location and aesthetic. it was near a good beach, close enough to central Capri and best part - so tranquil and quiet. amazing view.

So the room itself was nice but probably not worth the money. doorknob fell off, drain in shower was blocked and pillows were really uncomfortable (to be fair most Italian hotels seem to have horrible pillows).
