View from the room was great! Amazing view.

The single bed room had toilet outside room, but luckily they moved me to otter room as the room had some issues. Breakfast is basic coffe and pastry cake..

The views from our balcony room were breathtaking. The staff was outstanding, 5 Stars from Orlando helping with bags to Marco's welcome treat of cappuccino and fruit. Carmen was also a charm as second host. The full Italian style breakfast menu (included) had an amazing collection of fresh fruit, pastries and protein choices. Orlando helped with excellent reservations on booking both lunch and dinner options.

On the magical island of Capri. Very central to everything. Buses and nearby Funicular gave us easy access to the island. The view from our room and balcony was stunning. Daily room service and super helpful hotel staff added to our fabulous stay.

The host (Roberta) is very kind. The location is perfect. The hotel is very cozy and has great value for money.

This was our second time staying at Albergo la Prora. The location is excellent, just steps away from the piazza, but far enough that you can’t hear any noise. The view from our balcony was one of the main reasons we came back - it’s nice to sit out at night there. The room is lovely and the bed comfortable. The air con was amazing. All the staff were really lovely and helpful.

The bathroom is quite small, but not really a problem.

I have already written to you extensively about our stay. The venue is not very accessible, being 55 steps up from the street. There is no elevator in the hotel, and the staff does not offer to help you with your luggage as you climb up 2-3 stories with your bags. The doors are difficult to close as they scrape on the floor. The air conditioning did not work. The refrigerator did not work. The staff was not friendly or frankly available. When we asked for a refund (we stayed only one night out of 4), they refused and lied, saying that we left in the middle of the night and that we were noisy; we left at 7:10 AM. Frankly, Booking was of no help in our effort to gt a refund for this hotel which was not as advertised.

Obvious likes: - the view from the property is as incredible as the pictures, we had 2 rooms with sea view balconies which were just stunning. - the location is perfect, just a short walk from the main street in Capri. Unobvious likes: - the rooms look from the pictures to be quite basic, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bed is comfy, there are extra pillows / blankets in the wardrobe (it got quite cold at night in October), the towels were clean, the shower was hot and powerful, the shower gel / soap provided is nice, the hairdryer worked well. - the breakfast was varied and lovely, all 3 of our group have different tastes and all were well catered for. - the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and caring, so helpful especially during our chats over breakfast.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpfull. Great view to the see. Close to Taxi station ans central bus hub. Despite the closeness to the city center it is a relatively silent location. The breakfast was great for italian standards.

Humming from machines with open window. Smell in the bathroom because it was always humid.

All of the staff were so kind, personable and welcoming. The balcony with a great view was by far the best part of our room. We also had fresh towels everyday.

The staff are so friendly and spoke English. The location is right along the coast with incredible views and is located within walking distance to the main square. If travelling from the marina, take the cable car to the main square for €2.00 a ticket (will save you walking many steps). The room has air conditioning, was perfectly size with wardrobe space, toiletries and a lovely shower! Will definitely be returning.

We had a warm welcome by host, who is a wonderful person, willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was hosted by sweet Italian grandma, which made us feel like at home. The room is comfortable and has a stunning view. Location could not be better, 2 mins walk away from the city center and bus station. The most famous Capri beach was reachable within 10 minutes of walking or by a bus. Excellent value money ratio. We highly recommend it.

I felt really welcome at La Prora hotel. I loved to have my breakfast from the balcony with an outstanding view on Capri. All the Prora team was quite nice and careful that makes a huge different when someone wants to relax on holiday. Thanks a lot!
