Boa localização no centro de Campo Grande. Equipe agradável, café da manhã gostoso e quarto bem arrumado e banheiro limpo. Estacionamento coberto e gratuito foi um bom diferencial. Vale o custo x benefício.

Senti falta de toalheiros no banheiro, não havia lugar para pendurar as toalhas usadas. Os filtros do ar condicionado precisam de limpeza urgente, pois o quarto ficou com cheiro de mofo após ligar o ar. Fomos jantar no restaurante do hotel, mas tivemos que esperar de 30 a 40 minutos por 2 pizzas. A comida estava ótima, mas não justificou a demora.

A única coisa que faltou foi uma tomada perto da outra cama que tinha, mas fora isso nadaaaa

Perfect location for visiting down town Campo Grande - while the neighborhood might not be exactly the best, the hotel is easily within walking distance to most central attractions. The hotel is very well organized with a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner - in case you don't feel like going out for a bite for a modest price. Our room was quite spacious and very clean but the hotel is a little older so some things are warn down but not to the point of it being a problem. Breakfast was great, with lots of options.

As mentioned, the hotel is a bit older so some of the installations are a bit run down but the stay was very comfortable.

It's comfortable and the staff is is always friendly... ....... I have been staying at the Concord Hotel every time I come here for the past 4 years.

No hooks on the door or no the bathroom walls to hang clothes.

The air-conditioning wasn't working in my room and the staff refuse at first to change my room. I did asked 3 times till they changed.
