Situé à seulement 150 mètres de la mer dans la zone la plus recherchée de la baie de Kalamar, les vues de la Villa Manzara sont spectaculaires. C'est une maison de 4 chambres avec 2 salons. De plus, il y a 2 terrasses à manger, vous donnant la liberté de choisir comment et où vous souhaitez que votre groupe dîne. Il y a aussi des coins salons détendus à la fois sur le toit-terrasse et dans un espace ombragé au bord de la piscine. C'est très spacieux.
La villa est d'une qualité exceptionnelle avec des terrasses en marbre travertin, une piscine privée avec un grand solarium, un mobilier contemporain et des appareils de haute qualité.
La vue est imprenable depuis chaque étage, fenêtre et balcon de la villa et à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée de la mer, vous aurez du mal à décider de plonger ou de sauter en jet ski. Si vous aimez la nature et les randonnées fantaisistes, la villa se trouve près de la voie lycienne qui offre des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée pittoresques où vous pourrez admirer les sites antiques et la flore et la faune de la région. Notre villa est entretenue par une entreprise anglaise / turque, qui maintient notre maison en parfait état. Notre homme de piscine vient deux fois par jour pour s'assurer que les parasols sont en place et que la piscine est exactement comme vous vous y attendez. Nous fournissons un téléphone mobile turc avec tous les numéros de téléphone utiles pour notre agent, les taxis, les restaurants, les croisières en goélette ainsi que le médecin et le dentiste.

EXTÉRIEUR À LA VILLA MANZARA: Il y a tellement de zones différentes à l'extérieur à la Villa Manzara. Chacun peut avoir son propre espace.
Les jardins en terrasses sont remplis d'arbres fruitiers, de belles plantes méditerranéennes et de bougainvilliers.
La grande terrasse de la piscine privée dispose de 6 chaises longues, de parasols, de 2 grands poufs en plein air, de tables d'appoint et d'un hamac.
Il y a aussi un coin salon décontracté avec un canapé, des chaises et une table à l'ombre.
Les deux terrasses à manger vous offrent des options de restauration flexibles pour convenir à votre groupe.
La terrasse du barbecue, avec un barbecue en pierre local, dispose d'un coin salon de style turc bas.
La grande terrasse sur le toit a des sièges de style turc dans deux des coins, ce qui en fait un excellent espace social après le dîner tout en regardant le coucher du soleil ou même les étoiles filantes!
Si cela ne suffit pas, vous pouvez toujours vous retirer sur votre propre balcon et regarder les goélettes en mer.
EMPLACEMENT DE LA VILLA MANZARA:
La mer est à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la Villa Manzara. Il est merveilleux de se baigner le matin, alors que la mer est généralement comme un étang. Il y a 2 clubs de plage, le célèbre Kalamar Beach Club avec plongée sous-marine, jet-skis, ski nautique, etc., ou le relaxant réservé aux adultes Kulube Hotel Beach Club. La région possède également un certain nombre d'excellents restaurants et deux petits supermarchés, tous deux livreront de la nourriture.
Villa Manzara est sur est un cul-de-sac dans la baie de Kalamar et en tant que tel, il s'agit d'un endroit très paisible.
Le centre de Kalkan est à 5 min en voiture, en taxi ou en bus Dolmus local. Cependant, localement, il y a des restaurants vraiment fabuleux.
En plus de la plage locale et des clubs de plage, la célèbre plage de Patara à 18 km est à 10 minutes en voiture. La plage de Kaputas, également célèbre sur de nombreuses photos publicitaires de la Turquie, est également à 10 minutes en voiture. Les deux plages et la ville locale de Kas, et Fethiye plus loin sont accessibles en bus, en taxi ou en voiture.
VACANCES D'INTÉRÊT SPÉCIAL:
Kalkan et ses environs regorgent d'anciens sites historiques tels que Xanthos et Patara. C'est un endroit idéal pour venir pour des vacances de marche / randonnée (toutes les promenades sur la voie lycienne sont clairement indiquées). Les gorges de Saklikent offrent un autre espace pour la marche, les tubes de rivière ou le rafting. Pour ceux qui aiment une vraie aventure, il y a du parapente depuis le sommet de la montagne à Kas, ainsi que du VTT et du quad à proximité.
Les villages autour de Kalkan valent bien une visite. Certains villages locaux ont également de merveilleux restaurants avec des spécialités cuisinées localement. Ils ont une vue imprenable sur Kalkan et Patara. Il n'y a vraiment pas de meilleur endroit pour dîner et regarder le coucher du soleil!

We had an amazing time at Villa Manzara. Denise the owner was wonderful and the whole holiday was hassle free. The Villa is well equipped and conveniently situated far enough out of Kalkan to provide peace but close enough to make going to and fro super easey even without a car. The beach clubs are close and great for the kids as ana alternative to the pool. Some great days out and Kalkan itself is charming with a diverse culture and great places to eat. I would fully recommend this villa for a great stay x

We were a large family group spread over 2 villas on the same road. Villa Manzara is immaculate, bright and very comfortable. We loved the pool area and the roof top patio with its fabulous views. The villa is a short walk to 2 beach clubs for when you can tear yourself away from the villa. There are also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. For everything else its only a few minutes in a cab into Kalkan’s old town.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Manzara. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We loved the short walk to the ocean which is perfect for a larger group as you don’t have to think about transportation. We appreciated the included med-week cleaning and the garden/terraces and po was maintained twice a day.The landlord, Denise was very friendly, gave us a lot of great information and very easy to communicate with. We absolutely recommend Villa Manzara.

Would recommend, walk to old town is 25 mins which we did most days and a cheap taxi back.

We had a wonderful holiday with 3 daughters (19,23,25) and their boyfriends. The villa was perfect for us all with plenty of room. Denise was always helpful with plenty of knowledge and lots of tips on restaurants etc . A great idea of having a mobile in the villa with a Turkish sim in and local numbers stored in. We are still talking about our holiday now and we will definitely be back . Thank yoy

An absolutely beautiful villa, the roof top area was beyond words - with breathtaking views.
The Villa is located in a quiet and relaxing area with close access to the local beach club where we saw small blue and silver jumping fish and even a seal - absolutely stunning.
We have been lucky enough to stay in many villas around the world but have never received such brilliant communication from an owner as from Denise , local area information including trips, restaurants she even supplies a Turkish registered mobile phone such handy numbers input - which we used regularly.
I can’t recommend this villa enough !

First time to Kalamar Bay/Kalkan area and the holiday exceeded all expectations. To name a few of the highlights: Kalamar Beach club, shopping, boat trip, visit to the Gorge, market day in Fethiye, restaurants, bars/clubs and the list goes on... If you want a mix of chill and life and you have 2 teenagers this is an ideal location. Cannot wait to return :)

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Manzara. The Villa was spacious and clean with a lovely view. We had trouble finding it on arrival - the directions in Kalkan were confusing and we had to ask for help. The owners were extremely helpful with our requests. It was very hot while we were there but a lovely holiday experience.

Our family with two teens really enjoyed our stay for a few days at the Villa. We have been coming to Turkey from the US for about 20 years and this is a terrific value. In a quiet street in one of the nicest parts of the city close to the water, we had 4 floors of space with super comfortable bedrooms all with AC which is needed. We chose this villa because of the location and value and proximity to the two beach clubs. Kalamar was a lot of fun and great value too! It was great to walk right down. The pool was clean and wonderful to have each day. All was so clean upon our arrival along with generous groceries and wine! The view from the rooftop is sublime. Big hills but good exercise to walk up to the area with nearby restaurants. We tried many of Denise’s great recommendations-Aqua was our favorite. Taxi was so easy and the best way to get into town and back. We also took a boat trip to Aperlai and Inönü from Kas, visited Patara ancient city which is amazing and the beach too, and also Turkish breakfast in the mountains. The Villa was a great home base!! The villa was exactly as described, perfect for 6 adults. Quiet location but near enough to facilities. Elena the property manager was very good, taxis were easy to order and cheap. Kalkan town had so many restaurants we were spoilt for choice. Every night a roof top terrace, staff everywhere were friendly and welcoming. We used in villa catering one night, Vicky from Kalkan catering cooked and served us a wonderful BBQ. We will definitely be returning.

Stunning villa in a beautiful location. The owner Denise was fantastic from the day of our booking right through to arriving at the villa. Denise provided so much useful information on the villa and surrounding area to help us have an enjoyable stay. The villa is perfect and has everything you could possibly ask for. The surrounding area is great with breathtaking views from each of the rooms. We went a boat trip around the bays of Kalkan which we would highly recommend. Overall we had a perfect stay and look forward to returning.

Second time in Villa Manzara. Stayed in June 2022 just me and my husband then September 2022 with six of us. Beautiful location and once again great coms with Denise (thank you so much). Had problems with air conditioning in master bedroom and engineers were there within the hour of reporting and fixed it without interruption. Family and friends including my 84 yr old mother all had a fab time and would recommend anyone that looks at this villa to just go for it. Fab holiday will be back. Thank you once again Denise and David for the use of your fabulous home. R x

This villa was perfect for our holiday, lots of little special places to hang out for the different ages in the group, outside and inside. Gorgeous pool, cleaned twice every day…comfy beds and all the little things you could possibly need. Amazing helpful host who gave us lots of info and the area of Kalamar bay was wonderful.

What a stunning villa. Usually the pictures don’t live up to the reality but this villa really does. The views are stunning from the terrace and there are so many beautiful areas to sit and have a drink in the shade underneath the bougainvillea.
The pool area is pretty much sunny all day and the pool is perfect to take a dip In and cool off. Plenty of sun beds and comfy beanbags to sit on and chill.
It’s a very short walk down to Kulube beach club for a swim in the sea or some lunch and a quick taxi trip into town where there are more great restaurants, bars and shops than you could visit even if you were there for a month!
Kalkan is stunning but we didn’t want to leave the villa. The villa eats app is perfect if you don’t want to cook or venture out and we even had wildflour catering come in one evening to cook us a BBQ and they were superb.
Denise and David who own the villa were super lovely and helpful from start to finish and gave us all sorts of tips to help us enjoy our stay even more, all questions were answered with no trouble. The management team in Kalkan who look after the property are very responsive and will solve any issues you have whilst there very quickly.
The villa is perfect for a family group or a group of friends, it’s a really special place and we hope to return one day.

Denise was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. From activities to shops, restaurants, taxis, luggage drop, beach bars and much, much more. I had so many questions and all were answered in seconds. I think Denise will be happy I’m not texting any more!!!!
The villa was perfect for 8 of us. Everything was extremely clean. It was very well stocked and a delight to have beach towels and very powerful hairdryers!
The villa was in the perfect area, quiet yet close to two beach clubs in Kalamar Bay to walk to. We got very fit walking up the steep streets! Flat shoes are a must in Kalkan!
The outside area was very spacious with loads of seats and sun loungers.
It was lovely to have the pool and outside area maintained twice a day and a mid stay clean.
If we wanted to be very negative (this is only a personal opinion), the bedroom mattresses in both twin rooms were very hard. Also, the swimming pool has no shallow end and the metal steps get extremely hot with the heat of the day. It was fine for us but none of our group were very tall! This made it difficult to play any pool games. But we bought floating wogle chairs to help! Could be difficult if there was small children staying.
Overall, great villa, amazing views and a 100% helpfulness. Thank you.

Villa Manzara
The property spread out over 4 floors was worked well for all of us as it gives everyone plenty of space with many outside areas to relax. Being located at Kalamar bay was nice as there are two beach clubs with in easy reach. although being slightly further out of town than we have stayed before the taxi's are cheap enough not to need to hire a car.
The owners gave us plenty of information and recommendations, we would definitely recommend this property to large families.

Great villa, location and communication, particularly with the owner who was brilliant to deal with. Need a car and/or use taxis for the most part but cheap and very easy to use. Nearby beach club excellent. Daily bread delivery. Lots to commend. Won’t be disappointed booking here.

Fabulous!!!
As we hadn’t been to Kalkan or even Turkey we were a bit nervous in choosing an area and villa and looked online over several days…however We kept coming back to Villa Manzara because of all the fantastic reviews and pictures. Denise replied to our enquiry straight away and from then on was fantastic at informing us about all that we needed to know. Our transfers were organized and we were met promptly at Dalaman airport and given water and cooled off in the air conditioned transport. When we got to the villa we weren’t disappointed the villa was in a glorious position and was clean very inviting and a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us. The views from every level and from all rooms were mesmerizing and the pool was fantastic. Roof terrace fantastic for cocktails before dinner and romantic after dinner watching the lights twinkling with a lovely warm breeze…oh and more wine lol!! Loads of information was available and a handy Turkish mobile phone was available with all the relevant taxi/restaurant/help etc phone numbers. We went on a great boat trip with Moby Dick Tours which Denise organized for us (not to be missed) and sampled all the fabulous restaurant both near the villa and in kalkan center itself. All were superb but our favourite was House Kitchen and Cafe just a 5 min walk from the Villa, Ali the owner was very accommodating and the views from the restaurant terrace fabulous. We couldn’t have chosen a better villa or a better host…nothing was too much trouble. It was just the two of us this time and came back home feeling so relaxed and refreshed but we are back in Villa Manzara with a group of us in September for two weeks and can’t wait. Villa Manzara us a well designed and maintained property. Everything you need and want is there. Plenty of towels, hair driers, yoga mats and roller, blue tooth speaker(!) The swimming pool is awesome! We can't express enough how wonderful it was to stay here and how kind and helpful was our host Denise. Where do I begin ? Truly a wonderful experience. The booking was swift, the price was excellent and all credit to the host, thank you.
This villa is wonderful it is maintained to a very high standard and situated literally 100m from the bay. It was well suited for a family of 5, lovely sized pool and the views are just to die for.
I have been to Kalkan several times and would rate this Villa as clearly up there.
It is private, not overlooked and really just picture perfect with all amenities that you require. The host ( Denise ) what a lovely person, she arranged my collection and drop off to Dalaman and at the Villa itself everything was provided, menus, a local food app, towels, loungers and basically we had nothing to complain about, Denise and her partner have thought of everything.
I would give a 6 star rating if I could because you really deserve it… stayed 27/5-3/6 2022…. Hope to be back soon.

Excellent in every Aspect
Excellent location close to the beach club and an uphill 10 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants. 20 lira so about £2.50 into Kalkan itself which has the most amazing bars and restaurants. The villa itself is well laid out and well maintained . Daily pool cleaning and exterior tidying up as well from the pool guy who will bring you bread and take away your bins bags . Air con invaluable in the summer heat and a fair size pool for cooling off. Well looked after by elena when we had an issue with an electricity failing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa an amazing holiday Enjoyed by 8 of us.

What can i say, we loved our holiday here, We had a week on our own just 2 of us, So much space then our grown up children arrived with there partners for the 2nd week still so much space.We all had a great time, my daughters boyfriend proposed to her on the boat trip, celebrated my sons birthday, so many memories made here.All the rooms were decorated beautifully, every window as a beautiful sea view, the roof terrace is amazing,the colour of the flowers just beautiful, lovely pool all to ourselves was amazing. The pool man brought us fresh bread most days a lovely chap, I love table football this was a plus. The kitchen was great, everything you need and a great water machine, was lovely to get there and have food and drink in the fridge.We went into Kalkan most nights, we used whatsapp to the taxi driver, he had a 6 seater that was ideal for us all, we had a moped if we wanted to nip out in the day, not for everyone just took our time, then a car to visit the waterfall which we loved and patara beach.Thank you Denise for thinking of everything and your communication was fantastic, hightly reccommended.

She organised our taxi from the airport and gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and general tips. She responded to messages immediately which was brilliant.
The villa was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped.
The sea views from all of the rooms were spectacular and the pool area was great. The chap who came each morning and evening was also really lovely and helpful.

Fantastic holiday
Villa Manzara is a wonderful villa where both our families were able to relax and make the most of the amazing scenery. The rooms were perfect with Wi-Fi and full air conditioning - and our host’s advice and tips made for a perfect and relaxed stay - thanks very much !! We hope to come back to this amazing villa one day as it was a perfect base for an amazing holiday in kalkan !

Villa Manzara is very well cared for, we felt very at home, it has a lovely feel to it, feels safe, nicely decorated, immaculate, equipped with everything you need. We had plenty of room, it is very well designed which allowed us all to have time together and time apart if needed, we never got ‘on top ‘of one another. There are good shaded areas and the pool and the pool side furniture are excellent.The maintenance man 'Jammin, works very hard and looks after the pool and garden, a friendly face every morning and evening and we appreciated everything he did for us. I loved the plants and pots and the touches that I noticed were missing from other Villas we had looked at (no plastic plants here!).My son and his girlfriend had the roof terrace room, which they loved. As you will see in the photos, beautiful views, nice fresh décor and for them it meant they could relax alone together if they chose to. They did invite us up to the terrace for drinks prior to going to eat at night which was a beautiful start to the evenings.My 17 yo had the Master room and my daughter had the twin room. They were all thrilled with their rooms and views. All the bathrooms are very modern and fresh.Husband and I had the double room on the ground floor by the pool which suited us perfectly, when we retired to bed at night we were not disturbed by our younger folk who enjoyed staying up later, usually on one of the beautiful terraces off the kitchen playing cards and drinks.The location worked well for us, often the 'children' would take themselves off to the Beach Club at Kalamar which is only a few minutes walk away (the best beach club in my opinion). We ate at local restaurants a short walk from the Villa and also used taxis to go into Kalkan town. A couple of evenings we had Pizza delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Manzara. If you are like I was and currently scrolling through villa after villa, I can't imagine you will find a nicer one in a better location. Villa Manzara
My sister and I have just returned from a relaxing stay at Villa Manzara. The villa is well equipped with stunning views out to the sea from every level. We loved it as there are so many terrace areas and a lovely pool. The roof is a must to watch the sunset! It is a lovely quiet area only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 mins to some lovely local restaurants and Hamam. The main town is a short walk or taxi ride away offering fabulous restaurants, bars and shops and the harbour for a fabulous boat trip! We will be sure to return again to Villa Manzara - Emma & Michelle

Its absolutely stunning, fully kitted out for self catering with everything extremely well thought out.
4 large double bedrooms, lounge, games tv room, 2 outside dining areas, and has a private pool. Roof terrace & views to die for. Totally peaceful location & very close to Kalkan with wonderful restaurants, shops & harbour. Taxi to town cost £3!!! Shop till you drop!
We all had a fabulous time, I highly recommend the villa, spotlessly clean.
With the pound being so strong against the Turkish Lira, it’s incredibly cheap when you’re there too, an added bonus 👍�

Lovely home
We stayed 8 friends for 5 nights and loved it. Thanks Denise and David for recommendations and everything. The view, facilities of home and also Kalkan, all the things about our vacation were great! We would like to do it again next summer :)

Turkish Delight
We are two families of four who have holidayed together for over 16 years and we struggle to find villas that meet our needs. Villa Manzara is a wonderful home from home that ticked all of the boxes.
The location is ideal as under a 2 hour drive from the airport and only a short walk from a couple of beach clubs. It is possible to walk to local shops and restaurants but not when we went in August! The main town is really picturesque and the locals really welcoming and friendly.
Denise was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. Gave us loads of advice on things to do and places to eat. Even booking day trips and arranging car hire for us. This is the stand out difference between this and other villas we have stayed in over the years. And we have stayed in a lot!
The Villa itself is brilliantly arranged over 4 floors providing enough space for all. It is visited every day to check on the pool levels, take rubbish etc and once a week for a deep clean. Beds all comfy and whole house really clean and comfortable.
There was a welcome pack for us when we arrived in the dark in the early hours which was much needed and appreciated.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting this beautiful area of Turkey.

Excellent villa, stunning views, beautiful location
Just returned home from a two week stay at Villa Manzara. The villa is very spacious, modern and very well equipped. The views from the roof top overlooking the sea are amazing particularly at night when you can watch the shooting stars. The beach club 5 minutes away is great for families with lots of activities. The town of Kalkan is lovely lots of bars and restaurants to choose from our particular favourite was Chata overlooking the harbour and the sea the staff were amazing. I would recommend this villa it’s very peaceful and relaxing. Denise the owner was exceptional with all the info provided about the area things to do etc. Any questions asked was answered immediately. Wish we was still there!!

Just how explained on the web - won't disappoint
We had an amazing two weeks - the villa is exactly how explained on the web site. Perfect position not too far up the steep hill. Easy distance to Kalkan we did take a taxi though every time as far too hot to walk!
Denise was amazing leading up to our holiday answering all questions however trivial. Would highly recommend this property. We loved our time in Kalkan the Turkish people so friendly and welcoming. The kalamar beach club and their shuttle service brilliant and kulube bay beach club also great. The sea so clear and clean and warm - swimming every day in the sea was lovely. Our day on Moby Dick was the hightlight very good value for money - lovely bays we swam in delicious food all day and to see turtles added to the excitement. Sitting in Brothers restaurant now waiting for our airport transfer- thank you Denise and David for a lovely two weeks in your lovely home. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon thank you.

Gorgeous villa in great location
We stayed in this villa for a week in September 2016. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, had plenty of space and was spotlessly clean. The private pool and outdoor BBQ were lovely and the roof terrace was a particular highlight with panoramic views of the ocean.
The town has plenty of choice for places to eat and drink. Our particular favourite was Black and Gold cocktail bar, we wish we had done their cocktail making masterclass during our holiday!
Denise was very helpful in answering any questions we had regarding our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa to groups of young couples such as ourselves or for families.

7 days of paradise in sunny Kalkan
We were 4 women (known as the 'girlies') away for a week and wanting it all: we got it! Villa Manzara was everything we needed and more ranging the stunning views from every terrace aspect with the added spectacle of the Kalkan sunset from the top floor to the charming dining and bbq terraces down to the private pool and comfortable sun loungers. The kitchen was well equipped and everything throughout was fresh, lovely and clean - a bonus for 4 very particular girlies on tour. We mostly ate out as access into the alluring harbour village is quick and easy. Denise, the owner, was most helpful in providing us with some outstanding restaurant recommendations: Salonika, Moussaka, Aubergine, The Brothers - every meal was a feast of Turkish delights; flavourful fish and meats, fresh salads, colourful veg as well as the most lush traditional meze ever. Superb sea front views beckoned us to take the 5 minute walk down to the Kalamar Beach club twice where we freely swam, lunched and sunbathed. The day excursion on Moby Dick was probably one of the high lights of the week - a bit of heaven-on-sea with a traditional twist; a homemade lunch spread was effortlessly served with fresh fruit platters to follow later - the Lal rose flowed! We loved making our cocktails in the experienced shakers of Burak at the Black and Gold Master Cocktail class- anyone who enjoys making cocktails as well as drinking them, this is for you and not to be missed! Shopping was mega: handbags, jewellery, towels, open markets both in Kalkan and Kas was a pleasure to frequent thanks to the friendly and relaxed, no-pressure atmospheres. Proprietors, local residents, taxi drivers - all warm, genuine people who wear a smile like they'd just won the lottery - every minute of every day. And we did too because it was paradise! Thank you, we'll definitely be back.
