suka sama menu sarapannya yg bervariasi dan semua enak. Staff Sheraton juga sangat ramah dan benar2 gerak cepat saat dihubungi.

Kesalahan teknik terkait bunyi mendengung di sekitar kamar mandi yg sangat ribut apalagi jam 03.30 saat orang lagi tertidur lelap. tapi bunyi mengganggu ini hanya sebentar skitar 2 menit saja, sy hubungi pihak hotel dan tidak lama teknisi mereka datang sesat setelah bunyi mendengung tersebut hilang dengan sendirinya.

As soon as you go outside it is in a bad part of town and is very dirty with many people looking to scam foreign guests but that is the case all over Surabaya

De location en de facilities of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was LOVELY! Free high-tea and free-flow drinks after check in are a big plus at Sheraton👌

The pool-water is too cold even in the afternoon.

Had an excellent stay at this property. Staff were so pleasant that interactions were memorable. Room was fantastic. Breakfast quality and facilities were great. All in all the hotel is amazing value for money.

Most of the time we stayed in Sheraton when we come to Surabaya as the location is adjacent to the mall, make it easy to have rendezvous with friends.

The room I stayed was old. There was a crack on the bathtub. It was obviously seen that the patch work on the bathtub had been done before, poorly executed. The bathtub was still leaking and the surface where the patchwork done was rough and so obvious. There was a note on my room that they were doing refurbished at the hotel and asked for guests' understanding if the works might impact to inconvenience during our stay. During my check in process, the staff told me that with the price I choose I got old room and offered me to move to the new room with additional (40%) price. The price for my old room was already 5* hotel price actually, I don't think it was cheaper than usual. When I asked how would the old room look like at my price, she said overall facilities would be the same but the vibes and tile design would be old, same as the tile at the lobby area. I said if it was only vibes and design looked old, I didn't mind staying at this old room. However, after seeing the bathtub, I was so disappointed. I also had to put extra effort when locking the room door. In my opinion, the room at which I stayed should be closed for guest until it is refurbished. I had stayed at the Sheraton hotel chain in other cities before, but never been this disappointed. The room I had in HCMC had old vibe as well but it was well maintained. Way much much better than in Surabaya.

The breakfast has a lot of variety and the staff are very friendly and always smiling.

It would be nice if there was a desk in the room as I had some work to do on my laptop

Not sure why the Room doesn’t have working desk and I had to request for it. Also there were not enough sockets as well.

Most welcoming and friendly staff, really they were the highlight. Hotel is lovely. Great breakfast. Comfy bed. Strong AC (maybe too strong I had to turn it off!). I'll definitely stay again next business trip to SBY

AC in room was very cold. I prefer 25 degrees and I couldn't get the setting to let the room go above 20 (even if I set it at 27). And it reset to a low setting every time I turned it off.

The breakfast buffet has many variation. And juice stand has many kinds.

Bathroom amenity are shortly. I want you to keep plenty of soap in reserve.
