Nice hotel with great location very kind people at reception..

At the dinner, we asked for glasses of wine and the waiter brought ys the most expensive one without asking anything. The food was ok, but if you are vegan, it could be a problem to find something.

Cozy and convenient hotel in the heart of the town. Close to the lake (within a walking distance). Comfortable beds and pillows. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well organised delicious half-board with new meals every day. Enough space and facility to dry wet swimsuits and towels.

This was our 3rd time staying in the hotel, and it has always been delightful stay. The hotel staff is very friendly, and they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Breakfast is alway delicious, the rooms are nice and spa is fantactic.

When we first arrived, the room was very hot, and I was told at reception that the A/C could not be turned on at this time since they were still on the heating system. The lady at the front desk was very kind, and we were able to switch to a cooler room opposite side of the building, but I assume that is not always possible.

Disturbance by barking dogs from other guests. The hotel should pay more attention to the comfort of guests without dogs.

Great room, very clean, very comfortqble bed. We took the larger room (42m2 or 45m2) and it was very big and comfortable with everything we need. Breakfast and dinner were included and tasty. The jacuzzi and sounas were nice and clean. 3 min walking from the thermal heviZ lake was fun as well. They even got us a champagne and macarrons to the room since my boyfriend had his birthday!

Two sml complaints: 1. when we parked there one of the staff said its ok no problem, but afterwards we found out it cost 7 euros per day, and there was a lot of parking on the street, so if we had knew we would have parked outside. Also, I really dont see why we needed to pay for that since its the hotel parkinglot and we already paid good money to the hotel, felt q bit cheap to me... 2. The breakfast ends at 10 am, so on 9:59 they closed the lights and thw music and started to take everything, basicaly rushed us out. And it was a bummer aince the gym opens at 8 am so if we want to workout, shower and than eat we dont have a choice but to arrive to breakfast on ~9:30 and feel rushed out..

Pools and saunas, big clean room

I've booked 3 rooms there for my family as well and one of the room(229)smelled weird, we couldn't find out why.

Had a relaxing weekend stay at Bonvital Hotel Hévíz, Adults only, thus a quiet spa experience was guaranteed. Both dinner and breakfat were excellent.

Nothing, I would consider staying here again.

the only thing which was really bad in hotel is massage in SPA center, always double-check what is included into massage.

Breakfast, dinner, and saunas make this place more than worth it. The saunas were very nice and comfortable town is right out the front doors. Massage options are plenty and can be easily scheduled with the helpful staff.

Everything was good.

Very close to Hefiz lake. Lots of in house facilities like sauna massage jacuzzi and half board meant I didn't have to go looking for restaurants outside in cold. The bed was really comfortable. The cleaning was done everyday but towels were replaced only every third day. Book massages and treatments in advance to avoid getting leftover inconvenient times later. Food was good but limited vegetarian options most days. In house a la carte restaurant was also good, but 2/3 vegetarian options though. So it meant for lunch after one day, we had to go out for some food. Good cocktails. Goof people service food in restaurant and also in included breakfast and dinner.

Beautician services were okay. Not very effective. Massage was also okay. Not too much pressure. The person did it just for the sake of it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremly tasteful breakfasts and dinners. Saunas were perfect as well. Very nice big room sith city centre view.

There are two masseurs. I had a man and the massage was not good, not pleasant, not relaxing. He was not focused to find stiff muscles. Overall I felt like piece of meat. I have tried many masseurs as I have constant back pain problems and this was one of the worst massages.
