Excellent Location beside SM CDO Downton. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Comfortable and clean room with AC. WiFi included.

Parking especially at night

Location is along the highway, steps away from SM. Walking distance from Centrio and most importantly Magnum or any airport service can drop you off at the hotel door to door from the airport

Before officially booking via this app, i called Red Planet CDO to inquire about my stay dates. I have a wedding to attend to at 2pm same day as my arrival. We landed around 9:30am and needed to prep. For me to guarantee that i have a room right away upon arrival, i booked 2 nights to secure a room to get dressed in during the morning. So when i called, Jim of front office kindly took notes of my requests and extended my check out until 2pm free of charge since i paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. I made sure during our check in that our check out is 2pm. The guy looked at his computer and yes, 2pm. Come to the check out date, since we have time to spare until our 2pm check out, we headed out to have brunch with family before our flight. At around 1pm, front desk called me to ask if i will be extending my stay (assuming i did not check out at 12nn). I answered no, our check out is at 2pm. She then confirmed that we are 'extending' til 2pm. I again said no, you gave me a compli 2pm check out, its not an extension. She told me that there was no note of it on their system. It was a quick back and forth from both of us and i reiterated that it was the property who gave me 2pm check out and it reflected on my confirmation email from this app. When i arrived, got our things, and went to front desk. I showed my email from this app letting her see that its on the system. I'm trying to let her realize that whatever is in the system of this app will surely appear on theirs. It was also encoded by Jim during our phone call. The note came from them to add to my profile. What i don't understand is that how come she kept on saying that it was not endorsed to her and she also said it did not reflect on my booking despite me showing her my confirmation email weeks ago. After showing her my email, she just said "note ko lang Ma'am". I reminded AGAIN that its not an extension. When i checked out, a different staff was there.

Location wise is perfect!

They are taking advantage of the location to price everything. If you ask for hot water, you will pay for the cup. The room is totally empty. There is no complimentary water or coffee--and no pot for boiling water, no glasses. Towels have been used for 10 years. Bath towels are the same colour as the towels on the floor. Very expensive hotel, but what you get is like a MOTEL PER HOUR. Bedsheets are stained and almost semi-dark from the white colour. If not for location, I doubt this hotel is like the Pucho Pucho one! Walls and lavatory are not totally cleaned. With all the dark spot on the edge.
