Location is good, very accomodating staff

They need to replace the door lock, they need to improve the room and cleanliness

The location was easy to locate and accessible. The room was also good, though and it was clean and comfortable. We were able to relax and sleep well for the next day travel.

It's not that I didn't like it, but maybe the internet connection could be improved. I am also not sure if it has to do with the location of the room, but I am okay with the location of our room because I have two small kids and I don't want to disturb some guests staying there, so for me, my room location was fair enough.

The staff are approachable and friendly, but the receptionist is not open 24/7. So if you have emergencies or room concern at the middle of the night, there's no reception to assist you.

I won't say it's the worst but it is not worth the pesos I spent here. Yes it is affordable but I won't recommend this to my friends and for you who is reading this. Maybe if the management will improve their rooms and facilities maybe it will be worth the money.

Water is filthy & rusty. We needed to use bottled water just to brush our teeth. Bathroom needs to be cleaned up and the bidet needs to be replaced. It is so rusty. A/C and internet is very weak.

Its very accessible .

The room doesn’t have own keycard. The water smell rusty its tooo strong smelly. Its scary to see the water like yellowish.The room has a lot of mosquito.Lift,and intercom is not working.

It's within the city.Very accessible. The hot and cold shower seems to function well.

Their Intercom can't reached/dial front Desk. And the blanket is so thin, no top sheet.
